I frequent this Total Wine since they opened. Today will be my last day walking in. I walked in and was followed. I was stwred down by an employee as though I stole something. Then someone who die not have a uniform on asking me question. No uniform on makes me think your a customer. Very unprofessional.

Gotta give a shout out to my main man, Randy. He went above and beyond to find me a bottle of Deadpool Aviation Gin. He found me while I was still shopping and totally made my day. Randy, you're the best!

Worst total wine out of them all. Dave a manager is down right rude!! Never go to her, take business elsewhere. Rude to guests and vendors

This will be long and please know that I DO UNDERSTAND the policy however.....I had to show my "Karen" today. My daughter (22 with ID) and her boyfriend (19) went into the store to buy a bottle of wine. While they were there they were offered a sample of wine. My daughter showed her ID and tried it, her boyfriend did not have his ID, he wasn't asked his age and he DID NOT try any of the samples. My daughter found the bottle of wine she's been looking for but they would not sell it to her, even though she had her ID because HE didn't have his ID. She asked if she could come back without him to purchase and she was told "no" by the saleswoman. The woman was very rude to my daughter when explaining the policy. So, she called me to come and help her out. It took me about 15 minutes to get there. She got the bottle and we went to check out with the same woman. We showed her our ID's, mine is PUNCHED as I just had to renew my license. I was getting the papers to show her but she barely looked at my ID and said she normally would want to see the papers but she didn't need to this time. My daughter ran her card and made the purchase. That's when things got nasty. I asked the woman why she told my daughter that couldn't come back by herself to buy the wine. The woman denied having helped my daughter until I reminded her that her boyfriend was with her, then she suddenly remembered and attitude instantly started flying (Note: it is NOT the law to deny someone an alcohol sale even with someone who is under age as long as the buyer is of age and clearly not intoxicated or being a disturbance it may be policy but not the law). She started going on about the policy and why she wouldn't sell the wine to her. I told her I got your policy but you said she couldn't even buy it if she came back in by herself. She said because she "knew" the boyfriend was outside. I told her, well, he's still outside and you just sold her the bottle. Then she told me she sold it to her because I'm her mom. She didn't know that either until I told her. Unfortunately, this continued on and I'm not the type of person to get disrespect from someone and not give it back. I never wanted to fight someone so badly for being so rude and condescending and I told her so. She then challenged me to hit her. I'm not stupid of course I'm not going to hit her. So, she just stood there threatening to call the police and smirking at me. The department manager was standing there listening to all this going down and tried to keep things calm and respectful but the woman wasn't having it. I directed my conversation to him and we had a brief/calm talk and my daughter and I left the store.
I called the store after leaving to get the name of the woman and his name. I also apologized to him for my temperament and let him know that had that woman handled things respectfully that never would have happened. Adam (department manager) was perfect. He handled the issue with respect and calmness and let me know that the woman (I'll leave her name out, I'm being nice) was talked to about her attitude and he would also be bringing it to the other managers attention. Who knows if he will actually do that but just the fact that he was kind to me made me feel a lot better. I also mentioned that if my daughter wasn't allowed to purchase because her boyfriend didn't have his ID and under age then she shouldn't have been given samples either. He took the time to listen to me and he completely understood my frustration, Shout out to Adam ,thank you for being a good person. Adam I would give 5 stars and generally speaking the store is pretty cool and deserves 5 stars. Customer service with Miss lady who was trying to trigger me.....ZERO!!! Today I'll give 3 but hoping my next visit will be a lot better.
