“I want to share my experience. I came here for an oil change, but since I had a new car, the system showed a different model and by mistake the wrong filter was installed. It was late in the evening and everything was done in a hurry. As a result, when I drove to another state, oil started leaking, which turned into a serious problem. It was cold outside, and every 20–25 minutes I had to stop and add more oil until we made it. At another shop they discovered the issue, it was just the wrong filter. They fixed it and the car worked fine again.

When I came back to Minnesota and explained the situation, this shop completely reimbursed me for all the oil I had to buy on the road. I was really impressed by their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters most is how a company handles them.

Since then I have already done 3 or 4 more oil changes here and everything has been perfect. Special thanks to Ryan. He is someone who stands behind his work, admits mistakes and keeps improving the service. I truly trust this place and gladly give them 5 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers.”

“We had a flat due to a nail and we’re from out of town. The service writers listened and were sympathetic to our situation. The tire was wrecked and they didn’t have a replacement on hand. They put the spare on and had us back on the road in 30 mins! Amazing service down to the tech working on the car. “My experiences with this Tire Center have been exceptional. Part of that may be due to my time expectations as a customer coming to a very busy location. Had a slow leak and called for appointment same day - it was afternoon. No guarantee but we could stop by. We waited over two hours and the tire was repaired and I was extremely grateful to they worked us in as we were able to make the 30 minute drive home safely. A few days later it seemed my other tire was leaking and as I got the TPMS low pressure warning. First thing in morning I called for appointment. It would be a late afternoon time. Luckily I could drop off my car by 10 am. They called by 11:30 am to say it was done! No leak, which was shock to me, so they checked all tired and filled them up. No charge.

I read a ton of reviews for other businesses that service tires. Seems you can't entrust your car to most busineses which is sad. But I will bring my car to this location even though it is a drive for me and it is busy.

Here is why: 1. All staff have photos posted with their certifications and years of service - very important. I would rather bring my car to a place where professionals work on your tires. 2. $15 to patch a tire is really reasonable - thank you Costco - membership has its perks. 3. Everyone I encountered was very respectful and seemed to care about doing a good job.

PS - Costco, please consider having access to the tire center without having to go through the store! And for exiting. You still have to show membership at check in and when paying.”
