First I never leave reviews but I can’t not say something this time! Walked in there at 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon 3 sales associates were sitting around a table talking not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything, I continued to walk around the store for about 10 more min still not one associate approached me to see if they could assist in any way. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nice selection of tile. The largest issue is that they don’t have product in stock, so you have to order and wait for everything.Floor & Decor has a better selection and maintains a fairly nice amount of each tile, so you can pick up/take home enough to finish a room.Also, as several others have stated, it is very unprofessional that nobody ever bothers to come out and great you.After spending thousands here, I have seen this as consistent behavior. I cannot imagine working at a business and not WANTING to come out see if I can help people.

The following are reviews I left on Google but also want to share it here: EVERY CUSTOMER BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THE TIE SHOP SHOULD READ MY REVIEW IST BEFORE MAKING A DECISIONI am forced to come back one more time and present my situation. Please read the following review I wrote 2 months ago and I recieved a response from the owners assuring me that someone will reach out to me and it has been 2 months but unfortunately no one has contacted me by email or phone. so here u go again.qaisar manzoor2 reviews2 months agoBought natural stone tiles and grout for my kitchen and hallway. Soon after noticed a few scratches on the floor and called the contractor and he after careful research told me that The Tile Shop provided us the wrong grout. Contacted the Manager named Dan and on his ist visit he accepted the responsibility and asked for a little time. He disappeared and never contacted me. A month later I called him and asked him to come again because the scratches were getting worst he again inspected and both the times the contractor was present. Dan again accepted the full responsibility and told me he will do the paperwork and have his bosses approve the re-polish of the tiles and the whole process will take less than one week. He disappeared again and I contacted him and this time again I was told to give him a week and guess what he disappeared again. About 3 weeks back I called him and finally got hold of his and he said his bosses have refused to fix the tiles. I have decided to not let it go and have asked my lawyer to pursue this legallyTHERE ARE OTHER TILE COMPANIES WITH MUCH BETTER ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS MY ADVICE TO STAY FROM ANYONE WHO PROVIDE YOU WITH WRONG MATERIAL AND AFTER ACCEPTING THE RESPONSIBILITY MULTIPLE TIMES DECIDE TO REFUSE TO FIX THE ISSUE.WILL SEE THEM IN COURT VERY SOONLikeResponse from the ownera month agoThank you for sharing your experience, we have reached out to upper management.

I always get inspired here. They have display mockups of showers, bathrooms and coves which help. They have a huge selection of unique tiles.

Only stopped here to pick up tiles that I ordered through another Tile Shop. Staff were professional, checked the tiles for damage, and had everything ready when I arrived.

I’m giving this place a five for Joel and a four overall. First time I went dealing with Joel and he was brilliant in recommending the right tiles for my job. Second time one of the workers didn’t even get out of her seat to come greet me or say hello. Would go back and only deal with Joel

Good selection. They must be shot staffed. We were there 30 minutes, and one even greeted us. We did other projects and used them in the past with better service.

I used their product many times, last job I used them on a customer was not happy with how the diamond shape corners where not lining up together. I said it's tough to get everything perfect when the tiles are not the same size. She went and complained to the tile shop in maple Grove and they threw me under the bus stating that their tiles are perfect and it was the installers fault . Will never use them again

We had ordered tile from the Roseville location. It wasn’t a great experience. Sales Associate screwed up our order so we had to quickly pivot to make changes with our builder. Maple Grove was closer so made our updates with Maggie H. Maggie was great! She updated our order and double checked the entire order. Maggie helped us finish the missing pieces left by the Roseville associate. Maggie had great suggestions and was thorough and accurate. We will be sharing our experience with our builder. Go see Maggie H. ?

Don't be shy. That's why the tile shop is there. If you love your house if you're flipping a house if you're helping somebody tile a house great selection love the tile.
