I have been going to the Joint Chiropractic in Maple Grove, MN, for almost 5 years now. I have chronic joint pain and require regular weekly adjustments. I like their affordable business model.I also require adjustments in multiple areas, and it's not easy to find a chiropractor who is skilled in doing so without causing me pain in some areas.Dr. Matt is very skilled and patient. I tend to get nervous easily, and he will ask me to breathe in and adjust me manually when I breathe out.He takes the time to wait until I breathe out and is good at feeling when my muscles are relaxed before adjusting me. He also uses the right amount of force for adjustment.Ayman at the front desk is friendly and remembers me, so he just checks me in without me having to swipe my card or tell him my information.This is a professional and friendly environment. I highly recommend it!

I'm so glad Dr. Matt is at the Joint. Dr. Matt is very knowledgable, friendly and has relieved my upper back and neck pain. I highly recommend seeing him for your chiropractic care.

I went to a chiropractic for the first time about ten years ago after injuring my lower back. I re-injured it this past Tuesday and I called Joint and they got me in right away. They set me up with a plan, and it's now Friday. I've been there twice and my back feels great. Also, the lady at the front desk is friendly and very caring! Very happy and thankful customer!!!

Avoid this place at all costs.I signed up for what I understood to be 2 months of their membership plan and I paid up front. Come to find out, 2 months later, I was billed for the second month without any notice, any receipt emailed to me, nothing. Already I'm thinking, why would you not send me an automated receipt for my records like every other business does for auto transactions.When I called to explain what happened, I spoke with Katrina. I explained I had it explained to me differently when I signed up. I was under the impression I paid for 2 months at the beginning. What's worse about this situation, is that I didn't even have a chiropractor visit in that second month for which they charged me $80 for.I asked for a refund for that second month because as they could see in their records, I didn't even use a single visit from them. Katrina checked with the manager and the manager denied the refund. You would think a manager for any business with decent customer service and business acumen would use some common sense realizing that I didn't even use their service in the month I was billed and would refund me. Had they done that, I wouldn't be here writing this review and it would've been no harm no foul.To make it even worse, after cancelling my plan with Katrina, another month went by and I got billed ANOTHER $80 because she didn't process my cancellation. I called back and spoke with another lady who said she's not sure why Katrina didn't process my cancellation, so then I needed to spend more time on the phone with her and resend her my cancellation request. Luckily they at least refunded this $80 so they didn’t take $160 from me.In addition to the billing fiasco and them taking $80 from me for that second month where I didn’t have a single visit, as someone who has been going to a chiropractor my entire life, I was extremely disappointed in the care I received. I have since made the switch to a different chiropractor in town where I am receiving the care I have come to expect of chiropractors and I'm also getting treated right when it comes to customer service and the billing practices.Avoid this place at all costs and go to a different chiropractor. Your wallet and back will thank you.Hope the $80 you took from me was worth this 1 star review.

Dr.Blake did very little to help me. The last chiropractor who saw me did several different maneuvers and ensured that I felt relieved before leaving. He did only 2 maneuvers and got me out almost in a rush. I left feeling even more uncomfortable.

Please just don't even waste your time here you make an appointment then still wait 30 mins and people walking in after you will get seen even as "walk in" appointments.. only having one person in. a huge waste of time. please just go somewhere else

I can’t say enough about this place . We travel full time and I am able to receive weekly chiropractic visits all over the country .
