We wemt into the store to exchange 2 items that I had purchased online and received 2 days earlier. Both items were too big, I wanted to shop and exchange them . Lena was incredibly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful, other customers could here her in the store. She said both items were final sale and I couldn't exchange them I was stuck with them, I didn't realize they were final sale items which is on me however no one should be treated unprofessional, she was rude the minute we walked into the store, she wasn't on the sales floor, she was in the back, she never greeted us. Horrible experience, I would not shop there if she us working. Extremely poor customer service and terribly rude. I understand if they can't be exchanged however no one deserves that type of disrespect.

Very costly store, every item is $89+...even simplified t-shirts! Go there only on sales, with coupons, and bonus bucks, to afford!

Maple Grove Talbots is very customer focus, knowledgeable on their line of clothing, remembers what you have ,your tastes and sizes. Lena is a outstanding manager and you can tell her staff is well trained and they all really enjoy working there. It is a And relaxed atmosphere

The clothing is mostly decent quality. This location is small, and they do not carry much. They're often out of more common sizes. The staff are standoffish and appear as if they'd rather be some place else.
