“A week ago a former employee of mine took upon themselves while ownership was away at a memorial to book freight with King Solutions and give to a different company (not giving it to B and W truck ) and of course without King Solutions brokers knowledge neither . Luckily for King Solutions , they have Jake Hanson as an employee who was able to calmly collect info when the other driver contacted him for payment . When I (owner of BandW) arrived I was notified by my factoring company that we have a serious report . Employee “D” was terminated right away due to his unauthorized use of our mc to double broker . The incident resulted in B and W receiving a Freight Guard report for re brokering freight . A report that surely closes the carriers doors it’s attached to . Over 10 years of clean and honest trucking and we get a report due to a crook. But after speaking with Jake Hanson who evaluated the whole situation, we were lucky this young man was able to extend us another chance and DELETED the report. Jake basically saved our carrier from closing down. We encourage him to look into our mc later on so he can see his decision was the correct one. Thank you Jake Hanson. You are what the trucking industry needs . God bless !”

He put my anxiety at ease with his expertise and personal experience shipping a family member’s china! I had 2 large boxes with an 8 place setting, with 7 pieces power setting. Also numerous serving pieces! Everything arrived with no damage!!

“Periodically I stop at this post office to send mail, packages, and get stamps. I love this post office. Everyone I've ever seen here has been very nice, helpful and provided great service. The same on 3/27/24 at which time I saw Jeremy and he was the only one at the counter. What a nice pleasant man. He even helped me with the credit card machine and was not in the least impatient or trying to hurry me out of there. He showed me the newest stamps that just came in that day so I bought some. There are several workers I usually see there and they are all very nice each and every time even before the Holidays when the line was so long. I love this post office. I told Jeremy I always put the Post Office logo (from the book of stamps) on an envelope to seal it and write above it, 'Support Your Local Post Office' and he laughed and said Good!”

“This was the forth fed ex location I went to. I was mailing my title to my insurance company after my car had been stolen. These ladies were so kind and helpful. Very understanding that I was having not such a great moment.”

“I went to do a 2 page print that I needed quickly, last minute. It took 25 minutes for the clerk to get the email of the print job. I sent it multiple times to their 2 different emails. In all of my past my experience, you can go on one of FedEx's computers and print it yourself. I was not happy with this b/c it made me late to the airport. In past experience, this should have taken +/- 5 minutes.

However, Deanna was very helpful, seemed to care, and did not charge me! I give her alone 5 stars. ? She raised my overall rating of the experience.”
