Produce has gone down hill. Peaches, cuties, kiwis, blueberries go bad after a day. I just bought sour cream, no film on it and it's bad. I'll see how the milk is before the expiration this time. Very sad. I got a membership because of the great quality of food, now I'm going to cancel.

I went to the MG store this morning to buy steaks & the counter was empty. I came back this afternoon to buy steaks & there wasn’t anyone to help me. The customer service woman said that they leave every day @ 2:30, & no one can buy steaks after that. There aren’t any signs there to let anyone know that! It would slso be nice to buzz for assistance from the meat counter!

Really great store the lady and gentleman were kind enough to go through my entire basket item per item on nearly a close to $400 maby close to $500 grocery purchase helped me find some missed scanned grapes and such what an eye to find those those type of missed scanned items ! I’m recovering from a head injury so I’m glad they could be so thoughtful in helping and in doing so . I’m impressed on how when I call they tell me they upgraded to not doing price checks and or tell you you have to come in for an item I called to ask for an 85 inch tv waited on the phone for 15 mins just to be told they they don’t have those items came to the store and they had 5 85 “ inch variety of TVs I specifically asked for , but told they weren’t sold there but the customer service desk is 5 feet in front of the TV section other than that I really like the fresh produce and online ordering is great however they will wait to cancel items if it’s out of stock but not posted as out of stock . Will be here again great place but customer service in some areas need improvement it’s starting to stagger at just slightly better than ok wich is fine but shoot for greatness

We got soda for our restaurant. And I mean a lot of soda over 50 cases of soda and Scott I believe he was a manager and another worker helped us and loaded all of the soda in our truck. We offered them money and Scott graciously did not except. Scott was awesome and so kind. I don’t know the other young man’s name but thank you both for the help. We really appreciated it.

Best place to shop. If you go to Maple Grove location, they have a $7 car that's is a great value.

Pickup service is terrible. It takes 20 minutes minimum for pickup every singleti me. . I could go in the store and pick up the items myself quicker. It's not a time saver at all.

Called to see if I had a refilled prescription because on the app it was showing me I had one and the lady on the phone was SO rude. Cut me off in the middle of my sentence, and in the worse tone said “last name” “nope don’t have anything under that name”.
Just got off the phone so I hope y’all really do record these phone calls because she deserves to get listened to and talk to.
Lovely start to my day.

Rushed pizza order at 3pm today. Barely anyone in line, the two girls forgot my order, then rushed it once they realized. Ended up with dry pizza with barely any cheese, sauce, or meat. Please spend less time mingling and pay more attention to your customers.
