My back window was broken before and they fixed it just fine. Then a month later the same window breaks by itself while it's parked in my garage. I truly believe that it was installed improperly but they won't believe me & they want to say that I must have collided again. Bs

They put on wipers of my son's car backwards so they did not work after the replacement. I had to bring car into their shop to get fixed 2 days after I called. Keep in mind if it rains my windshield wipers do not work as they put them on. Not impressed with the services or the follow up options to get it fixed in a timely manner.

Got a chip in windshield on interstate while on vacation from FL. Went for inspection and estimate same day and got appointment for next day. Work done at price promised with lifetime guarantee.

Got chip on windshield, took the car to safelite, they said they could fill the chip.It looks great.

I was quoted for wipers at 34.99 and after all done I was charged $75. Don't buy extra from them. I will not recommend them to anyone.

OMG - Damian - 05158-132 rocks!
He just replaced the windshield on our Armada and did a fantastic job. He was really awesome to work with and explained everything to my son.
This is the second time in two months that we needed the windshield replaced. After the first replacement, we noticed an airbag sensor was going off and we had scheduled that for repair with the dealership.
But after Damian replaced the latest cracked windshield - guess what? No more sensor going off! Which just goes to show how important it is to do these repairs with all the sensors correctly.
Thank you so much Damian - seriously - you saved us another repair appointment and lots of hassle!
Will go only to Safelite for our windshields from now on!!!!!!!!!
