Everything was good except that I had to wait for an hour after travelling, during the check in as I was early (2 PM). Lot of breakfast options but the bagels were hard as rock, must have been wrapped properly, the fruits should be cut into even more small pieces and also cooked oats must have been placed instead of packets as people might not have time to cook in the morning, I was in a rush to my office and had to grab a banana for this reason.

My wife had her Prada and YSL sunglasses spirited from our room. Reported loss to the hotel management and NEVER heard back from them. Made several follow-ups and still didn't hear back from them.

Overbooked my room, sent me to another hotel even though I’m a Bonvoy member and have stayed there multiple times. One night was comp’d. Staff said that the rooms “get overbooked frequently due to a glitch in the system”. Not a chance I stay here again.

My first stay, December 8 - December 12 was fantastic. McKenzie and Latisha, both front desk employees, were incredible. They were kind, helpful, funny, and made staying here an overall better and more pleasant experience.Considering the many alternative options in the area, I would circle back to this hotel in the future based on the quality of accommodations and the enjoyable interactions with the staff members.Letisha and McKenzie made us feel at home. Great employees and great ambassadors for Marriott.

Absolutely gorgeous well appointed clean as can be until you open the drawers and look at the utensils and the inside of the dishwasher they were disgusting but other than that this is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been to. And they are pet friendly brought my big dog with.

Update-after being told to turn the mattress around (both sides sunken in) , we don’t have any mattresses and our General Manager will be in on Monday I will mention it. Last night I had to put the sofa mattress on top of the bed to get a descent nights rest. Well, I found out my mattress has been replaced. I guess they were able to find one. Looking forward to trying it out tonight. I need a good nights rest without my back and hip hurting.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We often stay in hotels when visiting family and we try to manage our expectations when staying somewhere new. We’re rarely disappointed but we are also rarely overwhelmed. Our experience at this hotel was definitely the exception. The room was spacious, very well laid out and stocked with everything you could need for a week long stay. Every single staff member we interacted with impressed us with outstanding customer service. One employee we encountered on the elevator even helped us to our room, when he saw we both had our hands full of bags. We will absolutely stay here whenever visiting family in Minneapolis, in the future.

I have a mixed review. The hotel itself was fine - we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for one night as we were passing through on a road trip. We have stayed at many Residence Inns and this was a newer one which was nice as some of the Residence Inns are getting quite tired. It was also conveniently located to some shops and restaurants as well as a decent walking path. However, we had a very poor experience with the front desk and housekeeping. We checked out and within a few hours realized we had left a new kindle e-reader on the bed. We immediately called the front desk and gave specific information on the room number, description of device and where it was left. I was told housekeeping would check and they would call us back within the day. After no call back, we tried again the following day and once again were transferred to housekeeping to leave a message. This went on for a week and finally we got a manager and refused to be transferred. They basically said they had no record of finding anything and that they "prided themselves on good communication". There was no real apology or justification for lack of calling us back. It was clearly our mistake to have left a device in the room but in my experience, if you call immediately, most hotels are great about checking and holding the item. In this case, we didn't even get the courtesy of a call back to let us know they couldn't find it. We were then told that "well the housekeeping manager left during that week so things were more difficult". Of course, that just made me think the housekeeping manager left with a nice new kindle!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s located in a great location with shopping and restaurants near by.The hotel was clean and everything looked brand new. We were impressed with the availability of streaming on their television. It was also a nice touch to access Bluetooth through their sound system in the room. They use Paul Mitchell hair and skin products in the bathroom. The kitchenette was clean and stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, and more.The pool area was clean. The pool was a decent size and the water was warm.

I have stayed here for weeks at a time. The managers and most employees are very nice. The housekeeping is absolutely disgusting. My most recent stay the bathroom did not have toilet paper. There was sand on the tv stand. The bedsheets had not been changed and had hair on them. The shower was filthy and I had to buy cleaning supplies. The counters and nightstands had food residue on them. There was popcorn on the floor. The dishes were dirty and most were in a dishwasher that had not been run. The managers know how disgusting the housekeeping is. This is not the first time, but it is the worst . I literally slept on the couch. This is how they they treat titanium members of their “reward status”. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was very clean and exactly what we needed. It was great to have a small kitchen in the room. Breakfast and lobby area were beautiful. Unfortunately due to COVID, the breakfast offerings were limited, at no fault of the hotel, just a bummer of the times right now.**Our only complaint is THERE IS NO HOT TUB** I maybe missed that in my overview of the hotel but that was one thing we really were looking forward to that we were quite disappointed in. Also, the heated pool was quite cold.

We travel often and end up staying in a lot of hotels. This one far exceeded my expectations. The sound didn't carry like it does in most hotels. We were there for 6 nights and only 1 night did we hear any noise. We slept great. The rooms smelled brand new. Everything was very nice and fully stocked! We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
