Dave greeted me through the door, asked appropriate questions, and narrowed my selection. He sized me, fitted me, and recommended insoles which I tried and purchased. I will return to this store for my next pair of redwings and probably sooner for some mink oil recommended by Dave. In and out maybe 10 minutes.

Jason was very kind and helpful to me the entire time I was there. He helped me to choose the right shoe for my situation, and I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for safety shoes for work.

Hands down Best red wing I’ve been to! The employee Jason was super helpful and knowledgeable about what to get for my line of work and especially maintaining them to last…if you guys ever need shoes/Work boots go to this location only!! He even tied the boots for me!!! 10/10 customer service

Jason greeted me as soon as I entered the business and asked how he could help. Within 10 min we had my boots and a new pair of safety toed shoes picked out and ready to try on. The service Jason provided is amazing. I mean truly kind and knowledgeable about everything in the store. I genuinely feel like he cares and wants to make sure I'm taken care of so my feet don't kill me everyday. Once again thanks to redwing and Jason for being so awesome!

I wish I could recall the salesman/ managers name - he was wonderful. I had long wanted a pair of RWs, and this experience will keep me coming back! The foot imaging etc was very cool, and definitely helped the selection process. But the deal maker was how great the guy was, felt like i was buying shoes from a good neighbor.
