I was having problems with a warranty on a rear differential with the dealership. I brought my vehicle to these guys they were able to diagnose the problem very quickly and confirm that there was an issue in my rear end. They also wrote very specific detailed notes about what they did and what they found so that I can still have the warranty work performed at my dealership at no cost out of pocket these guys knocked it out of the park!

First experience with Proven Force was fantastic! Resurfaced my flywheel within 24 hours at a very reasonable price. I brought in my driveshaft next day for full inspection. It was 10 grams off balance on one side. Everything else checked out just fine. They even resprayed it for me w/o charge and it looks brand new! I am very pleased with their quick service and attention to detail.

Found a transmission I needed on car-part.com that was listed under this shop. Called them up to see if they still had it in stock. Not only did they not have it but said they only deal with mechanic shops and not the average consumer. And when asked what the cost would be for the transmission it was 25% more than what was listed in car-part.com since that's only the price they sell at to shops. Seems like an odd business model. Anyways, had my shop try and buy the transmission for me and even the shop got run around for a week. Either their business is so good they don't need any more or they just rather not bother with the lay person.

I took a flywheel and a turbo exhaust manifold to them asking if they could resurface them. They said they could do the flywheel but not the manifold. They recommended a shop for the manifold that left it with a terrible 80 grit belt sander finish on the head surface and worse, they outsourced the flywheel resurfacing work to another business without telling me they could not do it themselves.The next day I received a voice message asking to call back, from what I understood of the short conversation, the flywheel locating dowel pins couldn't be removed, they were damaged trying to remove them, and that I would need to purchase a new flywheel ($450). I told them to scrap it, then changed my mind and drove over a short time after the call. That's when I learned they didn't have my flywheel, I was angry so I walked out having to wait a third day to get it back. Thankfully it was in the same shape as it was when I left it. They didn't apologize from what I remember, they also didn't care that I was upset with them telling me they could do the work, then outsourcing it to an unknown 3rd party. "We were only trying to help you out"...yeah, you wasted three of my days, and more than an hour of driving making three trips. Another nearby business is doing the work for $75, said no problem removing the dowel pins. Honest communication is extremely important. I'll be taking my future, differential gear swap job elsewhere!

Brought a drive shaft into get new u joints and get Balanced they wanted $450 plus tax … needless to say went and picked it up be going somewhere else…. Even if they would have taken out of the truck that still would be overpriced!

Had my suzuki parked there for a day, I had just recovered it from being stolen and it was damaged the window was broken and the battery was loose. Then it gets towed and police won’t tell me where.

I had my transmission replaced in my Jeep wrangler here. 3 year/100,000 mile warranty. 3 years and 10 days later the transmission went out again. They refused to help in any way even though I only put 10k miles on the new transmission. Very disappointed. I would never go back to them. Buyer beware

I dropped off my truck because the rear end was making noise. They called me explained in detail what was wrong. I gave them permission to fix it. It was done a lot sooner than I expected and was fixed right. Thank you Zack and team

I'm happy doing business with Proven Force. I had them sell me a replacement transfer case for my 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 and right now I'm trying to finish instilling it... Taking a little longer then I hoped because I'm working outside in the Cold Minnesota Winter

Knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I was told by a reputable large dealer that my transfer case needed to be replaced. I brought it to PF to rebuild it. They checked it out and said it is still pretty good and not ready yet for a rebuild. Hard to find a straightforward honest shop these days. I totally trust these days and highly recommend...
