I have been coming here for 6 months and the experience was always good. My nails always turned out pretty and I have always been happy with them, the staff is also very nice!
The problem I have here is, I've made appointments each time but I always find myself waiting 10-20 min if it's busy. They over book and don't respect my time. What's the point of having appointments available when they don't even respect the times slot they booked for? Just don't expect to be helped right away if it's busy, even WITH an appointment, it's really just first come first serve. I'll be back because I've built relationships with the people there and it's close to home, but it's just annoying☹️

I moved to Maple Grove about two weeks ago and was looking for a nail salon, I have my natural nails that I’ve been growing out for so long and just needed one of them fixed and the color changed and so I came and saw Ivy two days ago. Well, I broke one of my nails. I needed to come get it fixed today and decided to cut all of them down to prevent me from breaking them all off and I came and was saw by a girl named Jenny and she was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend either one of those ladies or anybody at the salon! They definitely made my day ?

The nail techs always do me good with my nails, whatever I throw at them for my designs they always do a fantastic job every time. The place is nice and the staff are very friendly.

I don’t get my nails done often, but I used to have great experiences here, but the last few times I’ve been, not so great. I make an appointment for a specific time in my schedule, and they either overbook or allow walk-ins that flow over into my appointment time.This time, I made a noon appointment with a friend for a regular mani and a gel mani. Two other women walked in right after us with a noon appointment for two regular manicures. They got seated and asked to wait. I was seated about 12:15 and she started on my nails. There were two pedis going on, with a third soaking her feet because no one was available.My nail tech wanted to use the drill on my cuticles and I said that I preferred not, since my nails had just grown out from the last gel mani. She then had to get a bowl of water to soak my nails - which to me, is a regular mani. Meanwhile, my friend, at 12:20 asked how much longer for her gel, and was told 5 minutes, they had called someone else to come in. She ended up making an appointment elsewhere.My cuticles were done and I washed my hands, but I had picked one of them before coming in, and the tech nicked it, so it was bleeding. I declined getting polish. Still paid $23.00 for the five minutes she rushed through my cuticle cleanup.I think it’s time to find a new place.

I am a regular customer of Peony store. But this time I'm quite disappointed with the staff's service here. I couldn't enjoy this service for what I paid $100 for a Jelly pedicure. You only know quantity without paying attention to quality. Hope this suggestion will help your shop better

The technician kept trying to do acrylic nails which I didn't want. I had to insist three times that I didn't want them. I didn't want the nail drill used either but she insisted she had to on my thumb nail that has a crack. She overdid it in one area, then tried to fix it, and made it worse. My thumb nail now has a ridge that will take months to grow out. Then she made me pay before applying any polish.Service: Manicure

Peony Nail Salon is a hidden gem that offers top-notch nail care experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my appointment. I had the pleasure of being attended to by an incredible nail technician and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic their service was. She was able to fulfill the design I wanted to a T. Love this place and will be coming back soon!!!

Went there to get gel manicure. Was there a total of 25 mins. Color was uneven and ridged in some places and thin in others. Literally the same day a part on my thumb flaked/chipped off. The nail tech tried to convince me to upgrade to a dip but I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra money. Only giving two stars as I was able to get in without an appt.Service: Manicure

I spoke to someone yesterday about being cut on my toe on the corner of my nail bed of my big toe by one of your techs (Kim) and it's now VERY infected.I have been coming to your salon for years and I wasn't offered any compensation. All I was told was to soak it it Epson salt which I already knew to do. This is very disappointing. My toe is infected to the point that I can't even put a sock on it or put it in a shoe.Services: Manicure
