I am 71 years old and have been a customer so many times. I have experienced the following many times where I am being waited on by an employee when someone else comes up and they bypass me and hijack my assistant with the comment " this will only take a second " only to watch as they get the service I deserve. Today when I complained I was being bypassed I was told to leave the store. GLADLY. I am too old and too experienced to allow this mistreatment. SHAME SHAME.

I checked the price of getting copies made on their website. The price would come to $180 before the Store Purchasing Program discount. I went to this store to place my order, but when I picked up my order the total was $330 with discount. I said it's only $180 online. I was told that prices differ online. I get that, I guess, but double??? They did adjust the price down to $180. Previously, you paid when you placed the order. Now they want you to wait until you pick-up the order. I suppose this is so you won't realize their bait \\u0026 switch tactics until your order is ready. I won't be utilizing Office Depot anymore.

It's that time of the year when I get my yearly planners...and all the Walmart stores in the area was out. I came into Office Depot, and I found the perfect kind and size, just what I was looking for. Thank you!

Shelves were bare of many products that I came in specially for. I was interested in a new monitor but employees were not available to help. I flagged one down to help me after helping another customer only to never see them return after 10 mins. Ended up ordering online. Wish I would have done to start to skip the frustrating trip.

Horrible experience trying to print a large amount of documents. The printing people were either clueless or couldn't spend the time to help me figure out how to print what I needed to print. I decided to go buy paper and ink somewhere else and print at home. Will not shop here again.

I went into this location today to try to find something for my office I flagged down one of the employees there only for him to say I'm not sure let me ask somebody at the front counter he then walked straight out of the door no question to any of the other employees leaving me with my jaw open.
