We began working with Terry a year prior to actually purchasing our home. He gave us really helpful tips to get our credit score up to a better number and was always available for any questions or anxiety-ridden thoughts we had about the process. Once it came time to actually make our purchase he was there every step of the way and made the entire process so easy and pleasant! On top of his professionalism and knowledge he is so kind and felt like our own personal home-buying cheerleader. We'd recommend him to anyone!!

Hands down the best lender I've ever worked with. I rarely write reviews but this is well deserved. My wife and I already had a lender, but I hated reaching out because I would always have to go through several people just get a hold of him. Little questions would go unanswered unless it was a money making opportunity. I had a friend recommend Brett from Mortgages Unlimited. I reached out and disclosed I already had a lender and was preapproved. Brett still proceeded to answer all of my questions and provided great advice. I knew then I wanted Brett as a lender. On top of all of that, Brett gave me the best rates without playing any games. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about helping his customers. Highly recommended.

Terry ******* made the overall loan process simple and straightforward and was always extremely helpful answering any questions I had during the process. He kept us on track for the entire process and provided updates at every step of the way. I couldn't recommend him enough and will be letting anyone I know looking that he is the man for the job. I look forward to working with him in the future especially when interest rates drop for a possible refinance

TJ was amazing! He was promt and professional. He had everything in place and ready for me to close smoothly and quickly. He dotted his I's and crossed his T's. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lender who cares, who is knowledgeable and able to get things done!

Brett was referred to me by a friend and at the time, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to purchase a home. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and if he didn’t already know the answer to my questions he found someone who did. He worked with me for the few months before we looked for homes helping to get my application as best as possible for pre-approval. I received weekly phone calls to check in during the underwriting process and was welcomed to call or text in between if anything came up. Brett made purchasing our first home a wonderful experience and helped me remain calm when I wanted to panic. We’ve been in our home for almost two months now and couldn’t have done it without Brett and his team! Thanks!

Terry Terwedo was a great help in purchasing my home - he explained many aspects of mortgages that I did not understand well and was very patient with questions. He gave us a better rate and flexible experience that big bank mortgage vendors do not do - I had phone calls/texts with him at times convenient to my busy work schedule. Overall a great asset to anyone trying to buy a home. Consistently ahead of schedule - I had my mortgage fully approved a full week before close.

I was referred to Barb for my first home purchase. I was very anxious about this from the start but Barb was an absolute rock star to have on my side.
