“Bought my Apple Watch from Mike V at this location on a Friday. Told them I needed it by Wednesday for a trip I was going on and was assured, I would receive it in time which I did. They offered immediate help from the second they greeted me when I walked in through me going three days later to get the watch activated when customer care could not. I spent two hours on the phone with customer care it took them 20 minutes. I could not recommend Patrick and his team more. five stars.”
“I have now interacted with 5 different employees from this store and every interaction has been amazing. Even when I had technical issues porting my numbers from AT&T they went over the top to help me. Then when I had problems with using too much data from my phone as a mobile hotspot they helped with a solution that I didn't expect and was better than I could have hoped for.
