I worked for Mid City Services in a customer service/route driver position for a year back in 2017-2018 and I still think about how great of an experience it was to this day.Bill and Scott were fun to work for, always had my back, and were always honest with the customer in all ways; which made me take pride and feel good with my work each day. I have nothing but good things to say about the services they can provide schools and a whole variety of different businesses.

Management is terrible at this place!I was passed over twice for this position and you have to keep reaching out to them to get updates on job status manager says one thing and does another wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

After deciding to end my 30-year relationship with another linen service in town mid City has decided that going through a security check in a federal facility is way too scary for towel delivery so they've decided that my money is no good because they don't want to inconvenience their employee without having to get out of his van. it's your prerogative to run your business the way you wish unfortunately I think passing up on private-sector money is foolish!! on top of all this they mentioned they were going to double charge me for services because there's a security process

If your looking to get your commerical laundry and dry cleaning done this is the place they offer great unbeatable prices for their service they have friendly employees and they are always willing to help out their customers with all their needs don't hesitate to give them a call to not only save you money but give you the service the one would expect!

We have been using mid-city for a couple years. Couldn't be happier with any other linen service. Bill has always responded to emails or phone calls very quickly and professionally. You won't find this type of service with the other linen service providers out there.
