Gas pumps very slow, 1/2 gal/min. Bought a carwash at the pump. Drove to carwash entrance and sign says "push button for attendant." I pushed it several times, waited for a few minutes, nothing. The store was not busy. I finally backed out of the carwash lane and went in and asked for a refund. I said I pushed the button for the attendant and the younger guy still sitting behind the counter said, I didn't hear it. I said if you can't hear it, why have a carwash sign that says push the button for attendant? The older guy doing the refund says, he didn't hear it. No one there cares about anything to do with service or customers. I also asked if they knew the pumps were very slow. The younger guy who doesn't apparently care about anything said, I don't know I've only been at work a few hours. When would be the right number of hours to start caring?I'll never return here. What an awful way to start the day. Btw, from the carwash entrance at Minnoco I saw the "Crew Carwash" in my rearview mirror. I went there and had a great experience!!

Decided to get my car washed here. I had gotten some mud on the rocker panels from a trip to the yard waste site. Previously everything went well here. I chose their top service for about $13. Today when I got home I still had mud on the rockers and in the wheel wells. Not a film, coatings of mud. The whole system looks broken down and neglected. Info lights out, bent machinery. Not working right, staff doing less than the bare minimum.

They have Microwave that you can use. I asked and they said I can use it to warm my food.

Minoco is more of the name that I would call this gas station? but on the receipt it does show up as Maple Square fuel. I got gas here on a whim because my gas was very low. I thought gas was quite High. I usually get it at Costco. But it was great in a pinch, the pumps worked great, I didn't have any issues pumping gas at all!

My credit card got jammed in their card swipe at the pump. No one was able to get it out, no manager, no help. I finally said I’d turn off my card and gave them my address so they could mail it back to me. They never sent it and no one answers the phone nimber they have listed on their website. What a racket! Poor management. Deserves a call to the Better Business Bureau or the State actually.
