Was great experience for me. Had some tire issues and they fit me into their tight schedule that day and replaced my tires. The guys were great and upfront and honest about the issues I was dealing with. Never felt pressured for anything. I would definitely go back if anything was needed for my vehicle. This was my second time here for tire issues in a lil over a year. The first was a very cold winter morning and all of my tires had low pressure. So I stopped there because I remembered they had an air hose outside the shop. Come to find out the air was removed years prior. I was trying to get my kids to school and they were packed again with work and took the time out of their work schedule to get me aired up and back in the road without hesitation. They’d guys are great and I appreciate the work they do. Highly recommend! Thanks!!!

I was having trouble with my Subaru Impreza mysteriously losing coolant. No visible leak that I could find. A family member recommended Maple Grove BP after my local dealership couldn’t figure out my problem. So I made an appointment to get it diagnosed and hopefully fixed. I explained my dilemma to their mechanic Robert. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and totally patient with me. Robert explained the whole diagnostic procedure very professionally and very easy to understand! In the end he found the issue and repaired my Subaru at a decent fair price! And it’s been perfect ever since. I would highly recommend Maple Grove BP and would definitely trust Robert to work all of my family vehicles! Thank you!

Love the experience of the mechanics at BP. Always a clear answer on what the issues are and what needs to be done. I found Robert to be the guy that I’ve known and trusted. Very great business and super welcoming staff. I located them through a DuckDuckDuckGo search. I am definitely not a man of means and work very hard for every dollar I earn and pinch every penny that I spend. During this extremely cold weather, the windshield in my car was no longer remaining clear and was frosting. Oh my goodness, this was such a dangerous situation as I was desperately trying to get my child to the pediatric ophthalmologist for treatment of her degenerative optic nerve disease. I could not help but be stymied by the irony of her vision problems and me not being able to see out the windshield.I pulled into the Maple Grove Automotive BP and was promptly greeted by the courteous man at the counter. What a gem of a man, so pleasant and so understanding. I explained my plight and was promptly and directly introduced to the mechanic, Robert. Robert took the time to listen to the problem I was experiencing and asked to look a my car. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem to the blend door actuator. Who even knew that was a thing, right? Anyway, Robert reassured me that the fix would take some time as he needed to really get into the depth of the dash in the car. I authorized the repair and Robert quickly to control of the repairs. Once the repairs were complete, I was contacted and told that my car was ready. What a blessing!When I picked up my car, there was no extra drama of anyone trying to sell me additional products or services – honestly I probably would have purchased some! Before taking payment, I was counseled on the work completed and Robert demonstrated to me that the problem was fixed. Further, he reassured me that the car would be warm and safe for me to continue taking my daughter to her eye appointments. Then I was presented with the bill which I gladly paid. I feel that cost of the repair was fair and reasonable. I found Robert on my way out and hugged him. He treated me with kindness and grace.I would definitely recommend the Maple Grove Automotive BP to anyone since they are the top auto repair shop in the city!
