I wanted to get a Resmed AirMini and my CPAP supplies were being handled through my doctor. The doctor's CPAP supply system was so difficult and obfuscated I decided to try getting it through Liberty instead. Very good experience. I feel like I have more control over my CPAP supplies now, and the lady working there was very friendly and helpful. Great first experience.

After I called them to discontinue my auto pay (well in advance by the way), they still charged my account for over $600 in supplies they never shipped, nor did I need. Honestly I can buy the same thingamazon for $150. But my point is that they charged my account after I asked them not to and they agreed to stop payment and said it was taken care of. Horrible service, and they haven’t fixed the issue or even seem to care that they charged my account. Very frustrating.Update: I had 8 overdraft charges due to them taking out the $616 that I asked them not to. Each overdraft is $36. That’s almost $300 in extra charges… and they still haven’t refunded my money or offered to help me with my charges. I was just told they would take care of it. After I hung up with the billing department, I got a receipt… hmm? I thought it was getting refunded and taken care if. What a joke. (An expensive joke).

I had a recent diagnosis of sleep apnea and needed a CPAP machine. My doctor sent the prescription over and Liberty called me within a couple days. They informed me it would take about a month to get the machine due to supply chain issues and were very upfront about the delay. The machine came in a couple weeks later and I met with Lisa to learn how to use it. She was wonderful and the rest of the staff was very helpful. They were straight forward with billing and emphasized the quotes were estimates and they would call and let me know what the final bill was when my insurance was processed. Lisa even called a couple weeks later to see how my COAP was going. They have been nothing but professional and helpful. I don’t understand the negative reviews at all!

I’ve been waiting for over a year for the replacement from the Philips recall on CPAP devices. I called Liberty in November of 2021 and they said they don’t have any replacement units and to try back in six months and to register online with Philips. I registered online and called back in November 2022 and Liberty rep told me they had the replacement units but that I needed to get a prescription from my medical provider before they can give me the replacement. I did get a prescription sent to Liberty and waited about a week with no call. I called today and they said they don’t have a replacement unit and that I had to go through Philips for the unit for the recall. I’m now on hold with Philips to obtain a replacement unit Liberty told me they had. Let’s see what happens from here but a warning to all, Liberty takes care of REPLACEMENT units not RECALL units. It’s Liberty’s terminology that caused this confusion that means a replacement gets charged to the patient and their insurance and the recall (which is still a replacement) is handled through Philips company.

Since the start of using a c-pap machine, I have worked exclusively with Liberty for all my needs. From Lisa to all the employees in the store, I have been very happy. They're knowledgable, and friendly, and go out of their way to explain and answer all my questions. Like clockwork, Lisa checks in with me, to see how I'm doing, and get new supplies ordered. I am well taken care of, and I am grateful. Thank you to all.

I ordered CPAP supplies and was told I had to pay upfront which is not normal insurance policy. I was told the cost and asked several times if that was the TOTAL cost as I have high deductible insurance. I was assured it was the total and paid what I thought was the full amount in advance. A month later I received a bill for $80 when they found out my insurance allowed more money to them. They refuse to honor their original quote and say they never said what I paid was the total and I was a liar. Avoid at all cost and if you must use them GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!

Hi I was quoted a price for my CPAP equipment and was made to pay at time of pickup rather than after insurance documentation came through like most businesses do. I checked several times that the amount quoted was the total amount that I would pay. After a month I received another bill from Liberty after they found out that my insurance allowed for more money. The extra money came out of my high deductible insurance also known as my pocket. When I asked them about the bill they said I was a liar and that the told me that the original amount paid was not the total. I can't imagine how a business like this stays in business with this type of customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Eh. I stopped by to find out how much it would cost to rent a knee walker. She took a copy of the prescription and said she would find out how much my insurance would cover. I never heard back, so I called. She still hadn't contacted them to find out. She had suggested that we wait to get it until the last minute- suggesting my husband come pick it up WHILE I am in surgery. Um...no. That's a bad plan. I'm buying one on Amazon. It's cheaper than renting and sure looks like it's the same quality

Purchased a gait belt. Only $16.95 item. I had a caregiver pick it up for me for my Mom. Since I live out of town I could not return it within their 10 day return period. Mom passed away and never used the item and I couldn't get there to return it beforehand...They would not return my money!!! Mean people!!!!

I accompanied my mom to pick up a knee scooter and was thoroughly disappointed by the level of customer service that both employees displayed, especially the lady who was assisting us (Elisa). She was unable to instruct my mom on the ergonomics of her scooter and appeared unwilling to help us out to the car with it. Additionally, she was rude and unprofessional in her interactions with us while filling out the necessary paperwork. There were no other customers or phones calls that she needed to attend to. It is my opinion that if a person is going to work in a customer service role (especially with individuals that need medical equipment) that person should be helpful, compassionate and understanding. Elisa displayed none of these qualities. I would strongly discourage anyone from getting their medical supplies here.
