“My 3 dresses came out beautifully – all of the creases from being packaged and sent online were gone – and there had been many. My only issue was with the bolero sweater, which I wish had been hung by the internal hanging ribbons rather than folded over the base of a hanger. There are creases in the sleeves as well as the center back as a result of folding and hanging it this way. That's easily corrected next time though, as I can request that the sweater is put on the hanger normally and held in place with the hanging ribbons.”

“This has been an awesome laundry. It's clean. Good facilities..so sad that someone did bad to.it just lately.
I am from this area going back fifty years. Never saw it be so uncivilized..I think thetr are angry and unhappy teens around who do these things. I had my purse stolen over at the McDonald's. I'm sure the managers desire to keep making this an open and fun environment but now need to.figure out keeping it safe. Kudos to you owners. Wish you the best.”

However since I know 1st hand how this company operates and their prices I won’t use another Cleaners because there is no comparison.”

“Overall, a good experience and good pricing. Mike, the associate working the front desk, is very kind and took down all my information in his notebook and said I'd get a call in 2 days for pick-up which is exactly what happened! My only reason for not 5 stars is the payment process. Mike had to call Lance the store manager and verbally tell him all of my card information / cell phone and security code. I thought that was a bit odd so next time I will pay with cash only as the process took about 3 to 4 minutes. Not end of the world, but not an easy payment process when paying by cc.”
“Had dress hemmed & shoulders sewn down as they were jutting up. Picked it up, tried it on, seemed good to go. Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!”

My father-in-law passed away yesterday, and we realized my husband’s suit desperately needed a cleaning. Mindy V. and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. The suit looks perfect, and they had it done quickly on such short notice. They saved the day, and they were so incredibly kind to me. We will be customers for life, and we’ll recommend them to everyone we know.”

“Due to a couple issues, my laundry had backed up and I had piles of it. I decided to try Pilgrim’s laundry service to get caught up. What a fantastic service - pickup and delivery. Clean items are packed so nice. Route Manager Dan is great. I plan on continuing this service for the time being. Nothing negative to say about my experience whatsoever.”
“Doing laundry is a chore, you have to do it at times in a laundry mat. And for some maybe you never have. I have used this place a few times now I am the early morning person and this place is clean safe easy in easy out. Nothing is free so the cost doesn't bother me.”
