“GREAT, cozy place for LATE night laundry needs (open ‘til 1am)! Been here multiple times, front door parking available, ALWAYS open washer & dryers, nice LONG folding table. BEST thing about this place is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Recently had problem using credit card on JUMBO 8x dryer. After trying to swipe card a dozen times, I contacted posted phone number & IMMEDIATELY got reply back. DIDN’T have to take wet, washed clothes elsewhere to dry. Mike, the owner REMOTELY started dryer for FREE and apologized for inconvenience. If you’re looking for a QUICK place to get your clothes washed CLEAN, this is a GREAT place to go. And for only $3, standard dryers will dry your clothes FAST! I LOVE going here and so will YOU!”

“Going to the laundromat can always be an "experience" but Tumble Fresh is the only laundromat I will go to. They are always clean and have plenty of washers and dryers based on sizes and loads of clothing. Not to mention a kid area and accessible bathrooms.”

“Due to a couple issues, my laundry had backed up and I had piles of it. I decided to try Pilgrim’s laundry service to get caught up. What a fantastic service - pickup and delivery. “Everything was in order an working properly. Loved every minute I was there.Only mini problem I see is they give you wash tokens and if you happen to want quarters back instead of tokens.You'll have to talk with the staff. Or like in my case someone over heard me an my mom talk about getting more change an the person had said he over exchanged money for quarters. So he ended up exchanging my 5$ bill for wash tokens that which he had extra of. Again,mini problem. It'd be nice if one side of the change exchanger was strictly coins an the other side tokens only.”
“Had dress hemmed & shoulders sewn down as they were jutting up. Picked it up, tried it on, seemed good to go. Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!”

“Very clean and the gal that works there is super helpful this was my first time doing laundry at a laundromat and it was pleasant and not to mention the machines worked great she keeps it very clean in there and they do not allow you to wash rugs or animal rugs that your pets lay on so bigger bulkier things with rubber backs they do not take”

I brought my coat there and after a week when I went to pick it up, the guy remembered my name! He didn't need to look at anything, he just remembered!
