I went to multiple stores but Knight’s Chamber had the best service and value by far! Hunter asked me some questions and within minutes found me the perfect suit, shoes and shirt; had it sent out and back in ample time for my event. All around great experience. This is my new suit store for any future needs.

Knights chamber fumbled on my friend’s wedding. My suit didn’t fit after two rounds of tailoring, the Groom’s suit didn’t fit after the fitting, they took a long time, they never called when the suits were ready.
I actually got a refund.
Do yourself a favor, save the time, save the money, go somewhere else.

I told them straight away that it was a bad fit. They disagreed. I’ve bought probably 20 suits in my life, and this is only rivaled by Men’s Warehouse for poor performance.
Also, they gave us the incorrect color shirts.
Also, it’s not just the pants. The shirt needs to be re-tailored too. You don’t gotta be right every time; don’t just tell me I’m wrong

Myself and a fellow groomsman went in to get fitted for a wedding, and the guy asked how we liked our suits to fit, we said we like it tapered to our bodies. He didn't measure, didn't mark, nothing. Gave us random suits off the shelf that didn’t fit and told us to try it on just as a starting point. Then had us pay for the deposit. We inquired about the measuring part, because we were there for maybe 5min, most of which was changing, he said he worked there long enough that he doesn't have to measure anymore. I was worried because the signs in the dressing room state the price to have the suits tailored (which i shouldn’t need if he did his job).
Sure enough a few weeks later my suit is super baggy (not tapered), and the pants were about 8-10 inches longer than my legs, so they draped way over my foot. I also said the pants were too baggy for my liking, and he said no, he’s not adjusting it so I can have room. He then added a little over $50 in tailoring costs to have my pants cut down, and the suit jacket tapered how we originally requested.
I asked why am I paying extra when the first guy didn’t do his job? And now i have to come back a 3rd time to get the suit? He said the first appointment was just to see the package we were getting (never saw a package, and it would be whatever package the groom ordered?!), and to make the deposit.
Tomorrow I head in for a 3rd time, which will result in over 6 hours in the car between trips for this place, and only 10min or less of actual service in the store.
For a different wedding, Men’s warehouse had me fitted the first day, and took all of my measurements. Then when the suit came, they made minor tailoring adjustments for free, and gave me the suit back right then. And that was for a rental…

One of my favorite places to stop for a suit. They are fast, explain the process, and timelines for arrival of items from tailoring. They go above and beyond and have deals on wedding party sets. Go here if you would like a great experience for a very competitive price.

Knights has the expertise and quality suits. We used them for our wedding party and were impressed with the product and service. The only feedback I will give is pertaining to their system of doing things. They take all measurements down on paper and then this paper touches many hands. We had measurements get switched and phone numbers mixed up. The employees were always quick to fix mistakes and answer my questions. They made sure to make it right but a better system would have prevented issues in the first place.

This is my third time shopping with The Knights Chamber. Twice for suits, and a third time for various accessories. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. The selection, no matter what you’re looking for is expansive, the staff are all extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the whole process from first visit to picking up the tailored product is quick and easy!

Highly recommend. Chris and his team are extremely helpful and provide quality dress clothes for all occasions. I procrastinated on getting fitted and they were able to get it done extremely fast. Store atmosphere is awesome and they have tons of options.

Mitch is 10/10. He’s quick, made me look great, had great, professional recommendations on what I should get as a groom, was able to get my suit tailored on the spot, and met all mine, and my future wife’s expectations. He made it a painless and enjoyable experience to get me, and all my groomsman fitted and looking sharp and timeless for my wedding.
