This is my favorite JoAnn! I go once a week for yarn. They have the most variety of all the big box stores in the area- Hobby Lobby and Michael's combined. I get greeted and assisted every time I'm looking for something, their shelves are well-stocked, the associates are super friendly, and they have more variety than other JoAnn fabrics in the area.

Check out was fast and the cashier was friendly, however I walked by a couple of other associates and they didn't even say hi.
Used the ladies bathroom and it looks like it hasn't been mopped for a long time.
Found what I was looking for quickly but the store is looking a bit run down.

Joann is amazing store for crafts. Staff are very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable.

The store is dirty and dingy. Literally half the light bulbs in the store are burnt out, so it's kind of dark. This includes display lights as well, so if you have a hard time reading in low light, it may be difficult to see prices on stuff or to read the packaging. This also seems like kind of a safety concern. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, looking like it's not regularly or recently been cleaned. And to top it off there was no soap in the dispenser. The store looks so neglected that I asked someone if the place was going out of business or something. The merchandise was at least organized and tidy, and the staff by the fabric seemed happy and friendly.

The store is ok. A lot of empty shelves and not a lot of staff.
The staff that were there were friendly.

Associates are always very nice. You walk around the store and wonder when they are going out of business, half of the shelves are empty, half of the displays seem ransacked. Looks like they are a week from locking up tight..

Always friendly, have treats for my pup on days it's too cold to walk outside, and they have a unisex/family bathroom.

This place used to have great customer service. Not as of lateI decided to order online and curbside pickup. I got to the store only to figure out that my pickup order showed as “picked up” when I hadn’t even reached the store.I get there and walk up to the customer service counter. I see my bag sitting behind the counter with my name on it. The customer service lady asked if there was anything I needed. I started to explain that my pickup order showed as already picked up and is sitting right behind her when she cut me off and told me to stand in the line which was LONG.Long story short, I decided on a pickup order so I wouldn’t have to wait in a line, only to wait in a line for another over 15 minutes just so they could hand me my bag.Do better.

Today I visited Joann’s to pick up some fabric for a quilt I’m making in class. When I went to checkout the lady, Jashmae was incredibly friendly and helpful! She definitely deserves a five star review!

I needed help finding an item, and asked an employee. She spent 15 seconds, telling me they are on an end cap somewhere, but she didn't know where. She then turned around and walked away while i was talking, leaving me to search the store. I didn't find them, even though the website said there were 12 in the store.

Takes competitive coupons. Prices have gone up a lot. About a 1.00 more for just beads.

the two times I’ve been here to start/fix a project my experience has been amazing. Both times Jennifer has helped me, and she is truly dedicated to helping customers have the absolute best experience. She spent 20 minutes helping me find a fabric that had been discontinued just so I didn’t have to start completely over. I absolutely love coming to this location.

Their customer service here is very poor, they simply aren’t very nice. Jennifer, a manager, told me I could not return a Serger because it was opened. Okay, fair enough. She showed me on the receipt where it says no opened electronics can be returned.My issue is the way in which she treated me when I came to return it. She acted as if I should have already known I couldn’t return it and was bothered to have to take the time out of her day to come explain it to me.I didn’t argue, I didn’t demand I get a refund, before I even spoke a word all she said to me was “Uh so, what’s even wrong with it?” With a snarky look on her face and a sharp edge to her tone. This is customer service these days. It’s disappointing because I shop here a lot, I wish the workers were nicer.I had another interaction a few weeks back where I was guilted for trying to find a more affordable option on Amazon, she said “That’s why Joanns is gonna go out of business, people always wanna save a buck.” Excuse me, but Joanns is not a mom and pop store.
