Grabbed a premade burger here on the run and it was raw, no signage stating food will be extremely rare unless ordered otherwise. Course if you look at the employees it shouldn’t be a surprise

Self check out is often your only option and it is not as functional as other stores (1 cashier tonight). Staff are only sometimes able to assist when you have issues. Add to that having to weave through the people filling orders with their big carts in the middle of aisles. The store used to be better but I was able to get through Cub much faster.

I've shopped here for a couple years ever since it was opened. However, usually I'd buy something at the food court and they wouldn't give me a receipt and I'd eat it there but silently wondering if I'd get accused of theft. I also had at one time ringed up one item and there was a register bug and the attendant couldn't fix it so she said just take it, I don't care. This place was inviting theft, but prices are high and it's in the suburbs and some theft is an expected cost of doing business. However recently I went there and there was a guy dressed as a cop, badge and everything even looked like a bullet proof vest on, although it says security on his uniform... like dog the bounty hunter, and he was marching around the store, in and out of the parking lot following people around. I saw him grab a $10 jug of laundry detergent from a guy, say get out and don't come back, the guy is saying I paid and grabbing for a receipt and he's being told go, go, go in a very stern voice. I just think if you're worried about theft, get rid of the self check out isles and hire more cashiers. Hire a greeter at the doors. Don't put higher cost items by the doors. And deal with a small amount of theft in wealthy suburbs at a high priced store as the cost of doing business. That would go over a whole lot better than hiring a cop-like security guard to follow people around and give them a hard time.

Fast & FRESH??? Is that a joke??? Serving chicken sandwiches at 4pm that are time marked 11am and burgers at 4pm marked 1pm is considered "fresh" to you??? Buns so hard and chicken so dry that it's unedible. Do you not care about health department regulations on hot food that states 2 hour shelf life? Or do you need them to come in and fine your store before your unedible food that I was charged for and wasted $11.50 on is actually "fast &fresh???

Good location and selection BUT the convenience store ALWAYS smells like cigarettes. I will only get gas here going forward and won't bring my kids inside for any reason.

so happy this place popped up where it did! i’m here multiple days a week. staff is always really nice and helpful and this place has just about everything. always clean and rarely busy in my experience. plus with the full hy-vee grocery store right next door you can’t go wrong!!

Went to pay at the pump, it asked for a loyalty card, and it said to push no, if I didn't have one. I pushed no, it beeped, nothing happened. I pushed no about 10 more times, nothing happened. So I drove to another pump, put my card in, and it declined it. I checked with my bank, there was plenty of credit available. I tried again, declined again. What a waste of time. I want those 8 minutes of my life back. I will NEVER stop there again. Get your equipment working properly!

I have been to this gas station on 5 separate occasions. Each time their gas pumps have had issues with their software and it has caused problems. It hasn't been just me as the lady at the next pump from me was complaining bitterly about these pumps.I live fairly close to the Hy-Vee store and use this gas station frequently. However, after this many attempts and having continual problems, I'll take my business elsewhereI don't need a hassle when getting gas with a problem they appear to not make any effort to correct.
