We went into this location in maple grove. We went as a group and the manager Julie was profiling us and acting very rude to us the whole time.
1) followed us around the store
2) out loud counting how many items we had
3) was rude to us in the candle aisle making it very aware she was watching.
4) asked odd and questions and made us feel uncomfortable.
We were out celebrating a birthday and to end our evening a friend wanted to buy more gifts being we usually love going to home goods. But she made us extremely uncomfortable and like we didn’t belong, and treated us very poorly. Two of us are people of color and we feel this was racial profiling.
We will never shop at this location again.
We are respected people in our community and good people. This was not okay.
Julie we will be contacting corporate and filing a formal complaint

They had a pretty good selection, but it was more disorganized than other locations I've been to.

I visited this store for the first time before Christmas and literally spent almost $200.00 in holiday's food. I loved my first visit and I thought to give it another try the day after Christmas for some Holidays sales. The store was a mess...clearly Christmas items were supposed to be 50% off, some items were marked down and some items were still marked at full price. The store also had merchandise not on sale in the same area together with the clearance items. We picked up some holiday glasses and they were tagged at full price, when we went to the register , the manager stated they were not on sale. I showed her where it clearly stated clearance.. she slammed her hand on the top shelf and stated top shelf.. I replied where does it say top shelf? Then, again she stated obviously annoyed and rudely that the glasses were not in clearance. I then stated that it was fine and I ended up leaving andbuying nothing! If this manager would have explained nicely that the glasses were not on sale I would have been happy to pay full price for it.. but as soon as she slammed that hand on the shelf she lost me. I will not return to this store!
