Brought my 2005 Road King in to get some tires put on, and he did a great job. Surprised how fast it was done. One day, turn around. Also got some good information about my bike I didn't know. Very helpful. I would highly recommend. I will check him out in the future if I have any work needed I can't handle.

First and foremost, the expertise and knowledge of Mike at Hi-Per Sports are second to none. He quickly assessed the issues with my bike and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and concise manner. His proficiency and attention to detail were truly impressive. Not only did he fix the problem promptly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure the overall performance of my bike was optimized. What amazed me was the exceptional customer service and the speed at which the repairs were completed. His dedication to providing timely and great service is truly commendable.

Mike is a very knowledgeable small engine guy and very helpful mechanic. He can get whatever you bring in fix and running. Only reason I didn’t give him a 5 star is because I brought in a little dirt bike and an atv I just bought that year and wanted to get them inspected to make sure there’s no future big problem. The little dirt bike was starting up, running but running funny and were still able to ride it around. The Atv was running and rideable fine just wanted to make sure it wasn’t in bad shape. Anyway mike told me to drop it off so I did. I explained to him I want him To inspect them and see if there’s anything major problem and if there is we can proceed from there. It was early last year so I don’t remember exactly, but a couple week goes by Im assuming he’s busy and didn’t get to it yet. So I decided to give Mike a call to see if he’s gotten to my toys. I called him and ask and he told me he’s replaced some parts on the Atv and did do other worked to it maybe waiting on some parts and the dirt bike had some issue he already went ahead and took the engine apart just waiting for parts. I was shocked he never called me and discuss and explain that there’s issue here or problems there and ask if I wanted to get it fix. What I wish Mike would’ve done is call the customer to see if they even want the work done before he started anything. The atv wasn’t too bad so he did some fluid change and the Atv normally sounds like the engine was ticking. Mike thought maybe adjusting valves would help the ticking noise. I had no say and he already did the work so I couldn’t do nothing but pay him. Mike is a great guy and knows what he’s doing I’m not bashing him on that by any means. I would appreciate if he would speak to the customer first before attempting to do the work. Bought the yamaha ttr50 for $900 spent $600 on the repairs could’ve gotten a brand new one. The yamaha 250 bear tracker spent about $1200 ended up costing $500-700 I forget. I always thought the mechanic would call you first before attempting any work, but Mike went ahead and did the work nothing I could do that’s fine I just hope it’ll last since he did the work. I can tell you my trap speed for the bear tracker is slower idk if adjusting something slowed it down. Anyways go to Mike he is great at what he does maybe just call the customer and ask if they want the work done if not just charge for the inspection. I really do respect and appreciate his work and knowledge I highly recommend Mike to anyone! Great guy too!Services: Engine repair

Mike worked on my 05 ZX12R, I had bought the bike used and knew nothing about the history of the bike. It was not running very well shortly after buying it. I took it to Mike and he tuned it and made some adjustments. She runs like a champ now! Love that bike and love Hi-Per Sports! I live in Rochester which it's an hour and a half run to his shop in the cities, but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Recommended by a colleague, it's the best recommendation I've ever had! Dropped off my Dad's Shadow that had not been running in some time and Mike made it run like new. Was going to sell it but it runs so good now I am going to keep it. Single man shop, he's worked on my ST1300 and my daughters Ruckus. I've never had to worry about the repairs, he knows what's up. Highly recommend. *Update as required by Google* he still does great work, my motorcycle is there now for a clutch slave cylinder. Major work I wouldn't trust anyone else to do.

Nice guy... A little direct up front but that's his personality, once you warm up to him he does good work at fair price. Turn around was good... he'll let you know if he's busy.
