My cat Bella is doing a lot better after coming here and being given antibiotics. The Vet and other staff were very friendly and understanding. They really do care about you and your pet! Thank you!

They can be a little slow, so don’t expect to get in and out fast. Prices are usual, but I like this place because I trust them. They seem like they actually care about cats which I don’t find at every vet.

Have been going for years. Only place I trust with our dog. Everyone is fantastic!!! Dr Joe our vet is beyond compassionate- love that he sits on the floor with our dog for check ups. He gets it!!! Darcy is our groomer. She’s so gentle and caring.

Very lovely animal hospital! I brought my sweet cat in for end of life services and they took lovely care of her. They were very comforting and gentle with her, everything was done beautifully and with so much love, as if she was their own cat. I appreciated them at such a difficult time.UPDATE: my family just received a hand written card from the staff. Wow, we are blown away by how caring and thoughtful they are. Thank you for your kindness!

We had a great experience with heritage!! We noticed my Guinea pig was having issues with his back foot so we called and they had an opening just a day later. We were seen promptly! Staff was super nice, accommodating, and listened to make sure they fully understood what was going on. They checked up on us when mixing the medication took a little while and apologized for the wait. They were super considerate! They gave great administration instructions for Teddy's medication as well. Overall very happy with this vet trip! You can tell they like their job and love animals :) great quality service for guinea pigs!!

wow. because of the issue I just experienced with the last two vets, I requested a brief chat with the vet here to see if they are bullies like the last two places who don't respect our choice to space our anesthesia and vaccines by four weeks. I was told that they will talk to me but I had to pay them $76 to do so. for five minutes of their time to see if this is a good fit. Are all vets in our area this arrogant?

We have been going to Heritage since 2006 with our first dog, Chance and we will always bring our pets here. Everyone, truly everyone, that works here is amazing, they all treat your pets like they are their own. So lucky to have them as our pups health team.

My pets have been coming here since 2017. We really appreciate the thorough and compassionate care that is provided from the doctors and staff. My pets have been seen by all of the doctors at least once. Dr. Wunderlich has been our primary doctor these past several visits. She is amazing and patient with our dogs. They gave us great care and I can tell my sick pup Laney still had a wonderful time. They were very considerate on staying within budget as much as they could? Thank you Brooklyn and Dr.Wonderlich! I also love the adorable welcome card with a cute pic from the appointment will be coming back for regular care.

Better prices than some of their competition, actual availability unlike a lot of their competition, and, best of all, they're showed far more competence and courtesy than I've recently seen around here from contemporaries. If you need a vet and live around the twin cities, give this one a call!

My dog Walter has some aggressive behavior but has never bite or hurt anyone . His groomer who has been grooming him for past 5 years retired so we did some research and found this place . We called and explained the situation and they said that Walter would be a perfect fit for them but because of the demand they couldn’t see him for 11 weeks . Fast forward to today and I bring him in and the person working at front desk and vet were very nice . When the groomer finally came out and met Walter she put her hand out and he growled at her and you could already tell she wasn’t going to cut him . She said she’d take him into the back and see how he does (we already told them he would be on edge and growl at them ) she brought him back there for 3 minutes then came out and sent us home . I was under the assumption they were good with troubled dogs and would cut the dogs hair under the care of a vet and possibly try to become friends with the dog , show him that she is friendly and has treats and he has nothing to worry about . Very disappointing experience and if I could give a 0 star I would.

This place falsified my dog's medical records at least twice.After leaving this place for poor care, they finally gave me a copy of my dog's medical record. On two occasions where I just brought my dog in for vaccinations, they charged me for a full exam. This would be fine if they had actually examined my dog. Instead, for both of those occasions, I was in the room with them and my dog at all times. They never came near him or even looked at him for more than a glance. Instead, their entire "evaluation" was simply asking me: "how's he doing?". That was it.None of this would've been a problem until I found out they falsified my dog's medical records. For both of those appointments, they entered full exam notes about my dog's eyes, ears, teeth, stomach, nails, etc...yet they never even touched my dog at those appointments. These people are dishonest. This doesn't seem like a safe place for pets.
