A new bathroom makeover surpassed our expectations, transforming our space from 1987 to 2024! The porcelain tiles on tub surround and floor create a sense of clouds and waves. Beginning with our first friendly, informative encounter with Cheryl at the front desk, the entire team at Grand Design provided helpful guidance and responsive coordination with contractors. Designer Elayne got us off to a good start, helping with products and plans. The skilled installation crew completed their job with reliability and quality workmanship. Thank you, Grand Design!

Grand Design re-carpeted our living room, 3 bedrooms and family room. Additionally, we obtained new vinyl plank flooring for our kitchen, dining room, entryway, and 2nd bathroom. The entire process was excellent, from shopping for products (thanks Cheryl and Kim!) to installation. The installation was very well executed and was completed without a hitch. The installers were prompt, quick, pleasant and courteous. They managed shuffling our heavier pieces of furniture with no incident. I can't say enough about how smoothly the project was completed, thanks to the Grand Design team! And, we love our new floors!

We had an appointment to pick out some tile/brick for a fireplace we are installing. Kim was attentive and made great suggestions. We picked out a tile we really loved in no time and hope we will be pleased with the final product. They also carry all types of flooring, carpeting, area rugs, lighting and ballistae's. We will be back to do some research when it's time to finish our basement!

We had vinyl flooring installed in two rooms. The product looks great and the installation team of Joey and Jordan can’t be beat. They’re skilled professionals and the installation went smoothly and fast. Their cordial behavior and diligent work ethic will have us returning to Grand Design Floors. My wife now wants hardwood installed in our bedroom. Highly recommend.
