We had a flat due to a nail and we’re from out of town. The service writers listened and were sympathetic to our situation. The tire was wrecked and they didn’t have a replacement on hand. They put the spare on and had us back on the road in 30 mins! Amazing service down to the tech working on the car. Sorry I wish I could name all three of the names we had interactions with because they all deserve recognition! I will not forget this and will recommend my all my Twin cites friends to go to this Goodyear dealer! Thank you again! P.S. they only charged us twenty dollars out the door, no gouging and amazing price for the service!!

You can naturally heard and feel honest people, the moment they speak. Finding the right mechanic/or auto mechanic shops is like a lottery game, keep trying, no judging or stereo typing, because it starts with you. You become a victim of your own character, if you judge and stereo type, keep an open mind until the end and make your judgement. These guys are really good and very honest. I knew my problem but pretended. My alignment were off and something like outer wheel, was worn out or lose, I cant think of it, I am not a mechanic. Anyway, my brother is a mechanic but don't work as one. He diagnosed, and told me the problem and estimated the cost.. Exactly the same problems these guys saw and the price the same amount my brother told me, in fact, a little less. The first place I went they told the same problem but added that my sway bar links wasn't good! WHAT! I had just replaced the sway bar link, a month ago at MIDAS in St. Louis Park, plus it has warranty. I did not even argue with them, I just toke my key and said I will be back, I have to get the money. I searched for alignment shops near me, and goodyear came up in Maple Grove. Made an appointment, and to cut shorts after they told me the problem and cost, I asked if it was the sway bar links. The gentleman was like no, absolutely not. WOW! They also gave me a ride home, to be pick back up when done. If you are looking for honest mechanic shop, I recommend this place. DeVanty , the mechanic that dropped me off is so cool. The front desk that toke me in, is very honest. Just what I thought about him, DeVanty said the man in the front you met is very honest, I did not even asked him to tell me anything. BEST PLACE,

I have recommended this shop for several years now as these guys are professionals and they have proven to me they don’t rip people off. Everyone I have referred to them have contacted me back saying they will be going back having found a place they can trust finally .... Best knowledge, kind service, due diligence. I've had 4 vehicles sent here, all spotless after diagnoses. This is one honest shop. Check out Matt or Charles if your closer to NW Metro. This guy cool though. I'm still coming back for the all seasons \\u0026 battery \\u0026 rear parking break. She got the interview today!

I dropped my car at this Youngsteds Maple Grove Auto shop and afterwards received a call about recommendations for added work needed on my vehicle. I assume that the work was needed since my car did have 120,000 miles on it. The reason I went there instead of a dealer, which is where I typically go, was that the pricing was 70 to $80 cheaper. We had a belt blow while leaving an appointment in the area. I called a ford dealer, they said they would work me in the next day. Not a great option as we are from 1.5 hr north. We limped to this center and they were very helpful. They were professional and polite. It was nearly 4 pm and they had us out of there ASAP. And did a full service check as well. Price was why they said. Would highly recommend.
