Had a wonderful experience at this store. Came in for the first time and was greeted by Veronica. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Due to the layout of the bathroom she asked Kathleen from the design teem to help out. Couldn’t have asked a better person. Kathleen asked lots of questions and made sure the style and type of tiles worked for our home. I was also introduced to Steve. Amazing job team. Thank you for all your help.

The Maple Grove store is poorly managed, has bad customer service. I had flooring I ordered several days ago but I went inside first to find some t-moulding. They could find my flooring despite have over 180 boxes in stock. Then couldn't find the T-moulding. Finally I found something to buy - took another 15 min to check out. Then I clicked the text message "tell us when you are here". Waited 10 min. Nothing. Went in to and had to go all the way to the front where 3 employees are just chatting. They called someone to help. They didn't know I was there nor what my order was. Had to show them the text messages so they had to go collect it. What's the point of pre-ordering if it's not waiting for me! Over an hour this took. Utterly ridiculous.

Horrible delivery process! Need better staff training and delivery company communication!!! We ordered flooring at the Maple Grove location, they didn’t have enough boxes in stock so they ordered the remainder from the Woodbury location. They said our delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I still hadn’t heard or was notified about my delivery so I called Maple Grove. The employee had no idea what the delivery window was or if it would even be delivered on Tuesday, which it wasn’t. She said she’d put a post-it for the manager coming in at 6:30 to call me, no phone call! I rearranged my schedule for that day so I would be home for the delivery. She also said I needed to call Woodbury separately to see whether the other part of my order would be delivered that day. The employee from Woodbury gave me the phone number of a transport company that I now needed to schedule delivery with…which I was originally told was already scheduled. Wednesday morning I received a call out of nowhere from Joe at the Maple Grove store to say part of my order would be at my house in the next 30-35 minutes, thankfully I was home! The delivery person wasn’t strong enough to get it off of his truck and asked if I had anyone home that could get in his truck to help! Finally, he repositioned his truck to not be on such an incline and got it off the truck.Then, I missed a call from someone named Mandy at a transport company about scheduling my other delivery from Woodbury. I attempted to reach her twice, leaving her two messages yesterday and didn’t hear back. Now today, Thursday morning, my husband calls Mandy and leaves her a message saying we would be home on Friday or Monday. He received a call a couple hours later from the delivery driver that he was at my house with my order…well no one is home because we were told we still needed to schedule the delivery and hadn’t heard back from Mandy. It’s raining out and definitely can’t leave the order outside….terrible!The delivery guy said he’d only wait 20 minutes while one of us had to pick up and leave work over 30 minutes away. My teenage son arrived home from school before my husband got there and was asked by the delivery driver to help get the pallet off the truck because the driver wasn’t able to on his own.Why on earth would you offer delivery for over $6k of flooring if no one at either stores knows what the hell happens customer delivery or even who can answer a delivery question!?!?! I have to pay $140 for each delivery…so $280…what a joke!!! I have additional flooring I had planned to order from Floor and Decor, but they will get no more of my business! Ridiculous!

Prices are very reasonable and staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of variety and stock of merchandise. Even have some tools for specific projects.

Floor and Decor in Maple Grove is a great place to shop for tiles. Arnnete,in sales helped me pick out very nice tiles for my basement bathroom project. My contractor hit a home run putting it all together. Take a look at the b4 and after pix. Thanks Floor and Decor.

The manager Morgan was really helpful and solved our complex order problem in a few seconds. She’s super! The way she explained was very clear and she was very smart on solving our problem. She really made our day! Big chain stores should hire more smart people like her!!!

Good store, good employees. I don't have an issue with the experience itself. However! Don't sign up to create an account in their system. They will sell your email to other companies such as empire flooring and you will start to receive a wave of spam emails in the coming days. I have absolutely no patience for this scummy practice; I have to give 1 star so they know how bad this is received by customers.

Unhelpful staff that would rather take phone calls than work with the customer in front of them. One of 4 checkout locations open despite a line. Staff that is less knowledgeable than a Google search.Repeated failure by management to send us an application for a credit account.Poor experience despite the abundant product options. I will be using Dal-tile in the future.

New Store and the Employees really didn't know much, or how to even answer my questions. Once these people get settled in and learn the product they are selling, it will be a better eexperience.

I recently bought a townhouse and shortly thereafter, decided to remodel all three of my bathrooms. The Floor & Decor store was just opening and my mother and I attended the grand opening and had a look around. I found some tile I liked and decided to purchase it. We received some excellent service and got all the supplies on our tiling list! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The tile looks magnificent!

We went looking for new tile for two bathrooms-- a tub surround and a shower.We found expert technical assistance (thanks Ray!) and a mind boggling selection of beautiful tile and everything related! Can hardly wait to see the transformation of these two rooms! And the prices were unbelievably affordable, especially so for such visual elegance.If you're looking for floor or wall tile you don't want to skip a trip to Floor & Decor!

A sales associate approached us as we were looking at a stack of tile and then walked away , having several questions we spent 5 minutes looking for someone to help us and walked all the way to the front and had somebody paged. Help never arrived so my husband and I loaded 585 tiles onto a flatbed cart and pushed them to the front of the store where we stood in line for 20 minutes only to be told the tiles were already sold and we could not buy them. The boxes were on the shelf, there was no sold sign on them... they simply FORGOT to remove them from the aisle. Neither cashiers seemed concerned that we were visibly upset, in fact quite the opposite. Thankfully we were able to drive 2 blocks away to the Tile shop where the employees were very helpful and friendly and the tile was in stock. We will NEVER do business with floor and decor again.
