Horrid, horrid company to do business with, and dishonest. They will post on tracking that "we tried to deliver" when they never tried, and were never even in the area. I have also had cases when I requested that the shipper ask for my signature upon delivery of valuable items. Rather than ask for the signature, FedEx delivery people have signed it themselves. Attempting to communicate with them is ridiculous. They encourage you to use social media messaging, but their social media page is overrun with scammers impersonating agents and FedEx doesn't seem to care. In fact, the responses allegedly from the company via social media are bot-generated -- they are IDENTICAL whether you try to contact them on Facebook or on Twitter. So you can't even trust that they are who they say they are. And then they offer nothing that the app shows anyway, there is NO actual help. I cringe every time I order something and the shipper uses FedEx, and if I can, I ask for someone else.

Deeply upset because my package has been at this location for over a week now. I wish there was a way to get ahold of anyone who worked there so I could get my package!!

Why can't I select this as a pickup location? Most people just want their package asap, we don't need to wait for a truck to drive around to everyone's house.

These guys respond ASAP. The drivers are usually very friendly. They do their job right. You have to understand, they also get swamped.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!! You can never get a hold of a mf unless you call their stupid 800 number and then all you get told is "I'm sorry". Sorry doesn't cut it! I want my package! My package has been sitting at this location for a week now with no update and when I asked the stupid customer service people I'm told I can't go pick up my own package. Fedex is the WORST!!!!

Quite possibly the worst Fedex in the country! My package has been sitting at this same location for 3 weeks! It was scheduled to be delivered September 22nd. It’s now October 7th and still hasn’t moved! It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. Horrible customer service!

It is almost an indisputable fact that FedEx has surrendered pole position as the premiere package delivery service to UPS. In fact, to add insult to injury, for the last 2 years USPS first class mail has been the more consistent, cost-effective, and generally superior option to FedEx. Get your $#!+ together FedEx!
