I had a very good experience buying living room furniture at Ethan Allen. Hannah, a wonderful decorator, met me as I came in to look at furniture. She soon knew what I would like and guided me to those pieces. She helped with style of furniture and color choices. Hannah was helpful through the whole process and I am happy with my new living room. I am pleased with the quality will go to her when I need need more furniture.

Whether you're looking to update a room or refurnish an entire home, we highly recommend Ethan Allen. It has been our primary source for expert design and high-quality furniture during the move to our new home this year. Jennifer Darnell at the Maple Grove, MN store is simply the best! She has great design skills and an innate ability to listen to her customers to help select great options fitting their tastes and styles. Our multiple furniture orders were well-managed and Jennifer consistently kept us informed about expected arrival dates and any delays. The delivery team was the best we've ever experienced. Jennifer would send a note each day the furniture was to arrive. She wanted to make sure it went smoothly, and that we were happy with the end result. She's great! We highly recommend her services and Ethan Allen furnishings.

Hannah Hendrick at the Maple Grove location was wonderful to work with! She not only helped us identify the perfect feeling and looking couch, but she also did a 3D mock up of our new living room to ensure we were comfortable with how the new sectional would fit in the space. She also helped us in selecting a rug for the space after the couch was delivered. The delivery service was extremely friendly and easy to work with (and great communicators). Thank you Hannah and EA delivery for an enjoyable furniture purchase experience.

Working with Nicole Woods was a delight. She was extremely patient with us when choosing colors for our new sofa and chairs. We weren’t sure about the neutral color for the sofa, but it is perfect against the colors in a quilt. She was very honest when ordering that it could take up to 20 weeks for delivery, however our new furniture was delivered 2 months later. We are so happy with the quality and style of the furniture and will be going back again soon.

My husband and I chose Ethan Allen as the company to work with to furnish our new basement due to the high quality, excellent selection and most importantly, the in person design team. We worked with Nicole Woods to completely furnish our basement - decorations, pillows, side tables, lamps and a new sectional. Our space was challenging to put together well because of the shape, but Nicole spent a lot of time choosing pieces and layouts to make it work. We are so happy with the final design and the quality of the products. She had a number of meetings with us to ensure we found the products we were happy with and that worked for our family. We would definitely work with her and Ethan Allen again if/when the need arises. Highly recommend!

Hannah did an amazing job listening to our ideas for our living room and taking those ideas and turning it into an amazing furniture plan. Our living room turned out even better than we expected and we could not be happier. The quality of the furniture is awesome and will be able to handle two dogs and four kids! This was a major purchase for me: two living room chairs, a couch, two ottomans, four throw pillows, and a large rug. Sales consultant Nicole Woods gave me the best service I could imagine, especially after visiting other "box" furniture stores. She sat down with me for at least 30 minutes and went over samples, options, and prices. She was knowledgable and honest in her appraisal of my options. And I ended up spending not much more than I would have at the aforementioned "box" stores, but with a MUCH higher quality product. For example, she convinced me to go with the Ethan Allen throw pillows filled with real down (not foam), even though they are 75 dollars a piece. She was totally RIGHT--they are beautiful, durable, comfortable, and they hold their shape and support weight. The furniture pieces are "heavy"--they are solid, sturdy, and clearly made with real, solid wood. I am very pleased with the entire process. Thanks Nicole!

My husband and I found moving and buying furniture during a pandemic so challenging and overwhelming. It was such a relief to have Ethan Allen design services to help us. Nicole Woods was a huge help. She came to our house took measurements of our rooms and helped us with furniture choices, draperies, pillows and decor choices. She was great at communicating, making house calls and bringing samples to our house, thank you Nicole.
