I had a wonderful experience with Ed’s Collision.Repair: obviously most important and it was flawless. The techs are experts and did a fantastic job.Service: The service from start to finish was 10/10. The first shop I’ve ever been to where I didn’t feel like an idiot for asking questions.Communication: From our first conversation they ordered the parts, got me schedule, had clear communication throughout the repair and were close to perfect with their estimation of repair time.Highly recommend Ed’s, and a special shoutout to Andrea who is a rockstar.

The repair and service at Ed's Maple Grove far exceeded my expectations. As an Insurance Agent there are many Auto Body repair facilities around town, but Ed's stands out. Not only do they do very good quality work quickly but are easy to work with and you get your car back cleaner than when you dropped it off!

Service is the best. Getting my CRV back feels like I have a new vehicle. The damage was repaired quickly and the detailing on the interior is the best. Everyone at Ed’s is wonderful to work with. They answer all questions quickly. I recommend Ed’s to anyone who asks.

I was unfortunately rear ended for the 2nd time this year but this time in my new vehicle. Ed’s Collision was great from the start — they got me in quickly for an estimate and had my car repaired like new in less than a week (and it was spotless on the inside and smelled great! I love a clean car!). Staff was friendly and was great with communication/prompt in responding to my questions. I would definitely choose Ed’s again — but I hope I don’t have to ;)

Submitted two online estimates and have not heard anything in a week. I even called to follow up and the lady said someone would call me back. That never happened. Maybe once you get them to respond and do the work it’s good.First impression trying to get an online quote or anyone to call me back has been terrible.

Our poor new Nissan had a bird strike, hail damage and a minor rear-end collision all within 30 days last summer. Ed's Collision made everything look new again. Due to our country's ongoing supply chain drama, we had to wait for parts. But Ed's kept us informed and we scheduled two different repair sessions. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company.
