My computer would come on for seconds and then shut off. I went to Device Pitstop and they were able to start my computer and didn't charge me any fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have used this company in the past and will continue to do so.

They worked on my sons X box s and helped us out big time with getting the Ethernet out of his Xbox’s . Because it was stuck in there I give them a huge thanks for that .

I have used Device Pitstop for various issues in the past (water got in my iPhone, replacing screen protectors, port cleaning) and have always been happy with my service. Their employees are knowledgeable and friendly.I went in this past Saturday afternoon. because the charging cord had broken off inside the charging port of our iPad. Paul went above and beyond to get the thing out! Replacing the whole port was more than the iPad was worth and about half the cost of a brand new one. Paul was game to try digging it out with his tools and worked on it for over an hour. There was a chance the port could be damage while he was working on it, but he successfully removed the piece without damage. Very thankful for his persistence! Device Pitstop is our first stop for repairs.

Stopped by with a charging port issue on my iPhone. Paul was nice enough to clean the gunk out of the port for me at no charge. Every time I stop here I receive I receive fast courteous service! Highly recommend this business!

I stopped by right as the gentleman was locking the doors to close. I just needed a coaxial cable to connect my modem and he ran inside and gave me one. I will be using all their service’s soon, customer service is top notch.
