The change to the hot bar warrants giving this place a one star as the change is so awful that it's worth skipping the whole store. The price hike makes getting a person to assist you with an eight piece chicken several dollars cheaper than getting 3 or four pieces on your own. And the chicken is easily the most expensive item. Can't get a reasonable meal (2 pieces and two sides) for under $15. Forget it. I'm done done with them.

Apart from being one of the most readily available cup foods due to them being 24/7 I have been coming to this location for the past couple of years and there is a good amount of reasons for that. Not only are they usually very well stocked, but they also never failed to give a friendly and polite atmosphere. I am usually a nighttime shopper and for the past couple of years, everybody who works their night shifts are by far the most kind and talkative people I have met. I have never had any problems with this location and will continue coming back here, especially because of the people that work their night shifts.

I had an order for romeo to pick up, and when I got to the deli some white dude at the register treated me disrespectfully and when I mentioned my order he said we dont have that. Then some nice lady came back from her break and said “5 more mins its in the oven” then another person comes and the angry white dude said nicely to the next customer “hi how can i help you”. Didnt get his name but he’s racist. Hope something bad happens to him later

The deli fried chicken must be using 1 pound birds! The wings are the size of robins and the side with the most meat is actually half gone. What a huge disappointment and a total ripoff for breading and bones($12). I rarely shop Cub anymore?

Staff is great. The layout of this specific cub is just bad. It kind of seems like someone threw a dart at a dartboard of where things should go and they just went with it. No rhyme or reason to where things are located.

A nice standard grocery store. They have so many different items available. If you want access to fresh goods, canned goods, frozen foods, bulk foods and all other kinds. They have a hot fresh bar as well.

This location has been steadily degrading over the last few years and, unfortunately, it has only accelerated since they unionized. The prices are atrocious.Moldy produce is common. The fish reeks.I have to constantly weave through the restocking team. The workers seem to always be complaining to each other.Cashiers are scarce when needed.Plenty more but you get the picture.

I'm surprised this place is as shabby as it is, being in Maple Grove and all.

One employe working at the meats corner followed me every time he saw me. I was not even done selecting the right package of meat for my puppies and immediately he rushed over to rearrange the packages. I told hI'm I was not done and he complained the customers picking and choosing all day long and he had to put things back in order. The first time he did this to me I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he was just having a bad morning. But he huffed and puffed and showed outright irritation to me two more times on two other occasions. Since then, I have avoided buying meat if I saw him running around the meat sections. But it shouldn't be like that for me as I am a customer. I should not have to be harassed by this man working there. What happened to customer service? the management here needs to retrain this employee for respecting the customers.Onto the pharmacy department, the pharmacist (Fatima was her first name) filled my prescription wrong. Then when I complained she said at first said the doctor filled the prescription wrong. I asked her to look at last month order and she resigned to correct my order. But then she told me to get out of the long drive by line and come back later cause she needed time to refill. she already had the additional tube of ointment in her hand yet she needed more time to refill. And during the whole incident, she kept asking what I used the prescription ointment fo. I mean like wtf, just fill the god damn prescription as it was her job. Stop asking me what I do with my prescription. Even if I came home and mix the ointment with rice and ate it what the f had anything to do with her. Stop trying to be a medical doctor. You're a pharmacist. I really wish there are kiosks that I could just order my prescriptions and the machines would spit out my orders like a red box movie rental machine. Then I won't have to deal with pharmacists trying to be medical doctors. Oh and this pharmacy at this cub location is horrible. Every time I come to pick up my prescriptions there are always something wron. I never had a smooth transaction here ever.

A rather large Cub grocery and more store. You walk in the one entry and are greeted by the arroma of butterd popcorn. Wonderful! It's large and spacious, one could put a movie theater in here. Seems to be a good variety of flowers, types of pop, waters, cheeses, meats, on and on. Well lit. A decent amount of shopping carts. At just the one door I counted nine electric riding carts for people to use. Huntington Bank still has what appears to be an active branch. Newspapers include The StarTribune, USA Today, Pioneer Press, and even (the best paper) The Wall Street Journal. The 'Cub Wine and Spirits' is in a different building in the parking lot. Loads of free parking.
