I ordered some WeatherTech truck floor & bed mats from Countryside Covers last fall; choosing them due to how close they are to our business in Rogers. I realize WeatherTech has standardized pricing across their network, so the purchasing decision is all about convenience and customer service.Having previously had issues ordering WeatherTech products from a Radco store with horrible staffing issues, I was happy to give my business to a small, local business.I was very happy with the friendly & knowledgeable staff at Countryside and the product showed up promptly.Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered WeatherTech mats and an ARE® topper for my 2018 GMC Sierra. Before stopping in, I had called with some questions as I was doing my research on toppers in general. They were very patient and helpful over the phone, in addition to when I stopped in with more questions. Their website and other reviews made me interested in this smaller local shop, and from start to finish, Countryside was terrific.Down to earth, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable on the industry and little factors to consider when making an investment in an accessory like a topper or cargo system. Countryside has the relationships with manufacturers and the experience to do a top notch job, and I'm thrilled to have found a local shop that has that small town feel.Will be recommending to my friends/family, and continuing to use for service on my topper or future product purchases. I needed an extremely tall topper to complete my truck bed build out. Countryside helped me find the right one, with the unique access features I needed.There was a small hiccup at installation and a change needed to be made. The owner handle the hiccup professionally, positively, and promptly.I highly recommend Countryside covers to others, they have a lifetime customer in me.

In 2017 when I purchased a new F150 I stopped in and talked to Jim about a topper. He helped me select a cost effective Jason Pacer topper for my truck and had it colormatched. I also added a bedmat and mudflaps. He was helpful and informative with my purchase. I plan to buy a new truck now and even though I moved 100 miles away, Countyside Covers is at the top of my list when I need a topper and other accessories for my new truck.

I purchased a custom built topper from countryside 3 1/2 years ago. I was happy with the service then. The extreme heat we have had caused a side window to shatter. Countryside is the only dealer of this topper and has been unhelpful to say the least with replacement of the glass. They won’t work with my insurance and have been uncooperative with the glass company that I turned to. I am quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism and do not recommend them to anyone.

Great service and had what I needed, cover and liner fit like a glove. Service guys are too notch. Installed within 30 to 40 minutes.
