This Costco location is really busy. Well, every Costco location is. A fairly wide variety of different foods, fruits, meats, seafood, bakery items, household items and more. Most of the staffs are quite friendly except for the ones at the food court. They're always pissy wissy. Especially Shelley the old lady - she always has attitude. So, if ya'll go there - expect no top tier customer service from them.
Today, she told me that I was "wasting her time" just because she had to call my order 3 times before I went up. Well, hunny, guess what? Without your customers, you wouldn't even have time, so I don't know what you're talking. Also, what do you expect? With that so many people talking and it being so loud - there will be people who can't hear their numbers being called.
Any who, that'll be the last time I go there.

On June 7, 2024 I was sent by my mother who is extremely sick to purchase 40 sets of waters at Costco with her membership. Once I approached to this checkout section. The cashier ( American elderly with orange hair and green eyes) had yelled at me stating that “I can’t use the mother’s membership”. But I never had a problem with coming into the store with my mother’s membership, I’m her daughter and due to the circumstances my mother wasn’t able to purchase her items. The supervisor ( tall American bald man) had said basically the same statement as the elderly. The supervisor even had a sticky note and wrote down my mother’s information. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable for the supervisor to take personal information. I felt discriminated and not welcomed. I understand the Costco policy. But whoever is under the membership, should understand that if the person is unable to get anything due to a sickness. The supervisor made me feel like if I was like a theft or something. But I paid for the waters as a loyal costumer.

Tried to grab a bite to eat on my way out, little did I know it would be a 30 minute wait. Ended up having to walk out without my food and no refund. Terribly understaffed for how much money this place brings in.
