What great customer service! Ken helped me out with finding the perfect gift for my coworker’s pup! Ken answered all my questions and guided me the right way. He is super knowledgeable of allergens and what type of treat or toy works best for the specific breed of dog. I will definitely be back!

I CANNOT say enough good things about my Chuck & Don's location in Maple Grove, MN. The staff are ALWAYS helpful and encouraging! Having just adopted a rescue puppy after losing my 14 year old best friend 2 years ago, I needed ALOT of help and advice. Starting over after about 15 years AND with a 5 month old puppy with no history is quite an undertaking!! Special shout out to Ken for all of his experience and recommendations on food and to Kelly for spending the time as well to talk about raw food - it's good to know ALL the options and to know what to research. Other staff has weighed in with flea/tick natural options and even dug through the bin in the back to find little 6lbs Miss Judy a sweater since the weather here decided to revert back to WINTER!!! UGH! I COULD NOT being doing this without the support of all of the kind pet lovers at my store. You ALL make a difference everyday and I hope you know how much we appreciate you as your loyal customers! Keep up the AWESOME work guys and gals!
