Canceled my company account here after being with them since they started. Finally fed up with the progressively worse service and the bad attitudes. Had to pay full price today after the scanner wouldn't read my monthly pass and the manager wouldn't refund the difference, only offered a gift card...unacceptable, especially after the amount of money I've spent here over the years for multiple vehicles on their monthly plan. I requested that they call Alex the owner to explain the situation as I've spoken to him many times in the past but he wouldn't even speak to me. I'll give Crew Car Wash a try going forward.

Spent $50 for outside and inside and had to walk around the car showing the tech how many places were missed. Even after they went back over the car it still was barely clean. Truly worst car wash ever.

I've always liked Paradise and have cleaned my car there several times (all 5 stars) but this morning Oct 31st, I had a terrible experience because the full service I paid for wasn't up to par and when I complained, the manager came out and didn't even acknowledged or asked me a question. He rather told me that I was wrong and they did their job. I left with my dash still dusty as I didn't want to engage him further in his hostility. Needless to say, they have lost a subscribing customer.

Horrible job, I would not go again. I spent $42 for interior and exterior cleaning. I had bus still all over the front of car and mirrors. They smeared all the windows and did not wipe down dash or doors. Go to Touch ''em all in Rogers much cheaper and do a great job.

Complete rip-off! Book at your own risk! I would tell you to read the fine print but conveniently they don't have any ensuring they can make up the rules and policies on the fly. We are expected to read their minds apparently. I would've given them "zero stars". Booked a full service detailing that was quoted at approximately $380 for my car. I was told to pay a $50 deposit which I did. Unfortunately, the day of my appt, I had an emergency and was unable to make my appointment. When I went to reschedule the next day they told me that my $50 deposit is forfeited because I did not call within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. The woman who scheduled my appointment never informed me of this policy. I would've remembered if I was at risk of losing my money. There isn't a single sign in the store and neither on the flyer of the detailing packages that such a policy exists. When I talked to the so called manager he informs me "there is nothing I can do". Terrible customer service! They made an easy fifty bucks without providing any service at all. To me that is plain robbery. I see many one star reviews here and am not surprised. This isn't the only car wash in town. Take your car elsewhere.

I keep the inside of my car fairly clean and vacuumed at all times, but like a spring deeper clean. Paid $42 for regular wash and full service inside and wash mats.... don't do it unless you want to come home and finish cleaning your car.

This is the most expensive carwash in the area. I have been an unlimited member at the most expensive tier for almost two months and anytime I add full service, I have to redo all the work the staff are supposed to do. Today, I was redoing the work in the only lane they had open (again) and the manager came to me to inform me they don't have time for me to sit there. No questions about why I was doing the work, no how can I help you - it was get out. I underhand tossed him the towel to give it back. He took this as an attack and fired me as a customer. At this point after all this poor quality at a high price and all the competition in the area, I was totally happy about this result. Happy to take my business to a company that actually wants to provide the service I pay for.

Last time I brought my wrx they did an amazing job . I don't know what happen this time . 3-4 people working on one car and they still missed noticeable spots that needed to be clean . Last time I come here .

Very good service .. I had one bad experience .. but went there for 12 months during Covid with no problems. They are the best in their field !! Loved them.

Worst car wash ever ! Business looks unorganized. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a clean car. Instead, I got a car half way cleaned. Last time I come here. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't come here. It seemed some of the workers worked wayyyy harder than others. I still gave a decent tip but I'm not coming back.

Stay away. The wash ripped my side mirror off and I've been getting the run around on a fix or compensation to replace and nothing! Windows always smudged when I get them cleaned inside. Had a detail job there as well and they broke an air vent on the dash

I took my car here to clean a smoothie that I spilled in my car. It was mostly on the passenger side floor mats. I brought my car here, and they were speedy and did a great job removing the smoothie. Thanks for the great service!
