I had some scuff marks on my SUV and wanted to get an estimate.
Nicole came out to look at the scuffs and then went to consult with Billy, the detailer. He stopped what he was doing and and immediately started working on my vehicle. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way home. The Caliber organization also offers Caliber Auto Care and Caliber Auto Glass.
These folks are top notch!!
I highly recommend them!

Caliber Collision in Maple Grove exceeded my expectations. It looks as though the damage never happened. They gave me constant updates, detailed the inside of my car, and took back my car rental for me. Incredible customer service, excellent work, on time, and stress free.

My car was stolen about a month ago. Where the insurance company and police were slow and uncommunicative, Caliber Collision in Maple Grove was pretty much the exact opposite. The knowledgeable staff was very quick and responsive, providing me with updates every step of the way. Additionally, the work on my car was completed over a week earlier than the initial estimate, and my vehicle was returned to me in great condition. Easily the most pleasant part of the entire experience.

I’ve worked with other caliber locations before, this one is really excellent. Their adjuster was fast and efficient, communication throughout the process with spot on, The paint work was perfect. All of the other components were put on correctly and with proper gapping between the body panels. It was done sooner than I thought it would be. They even let me buy another headlight so that would not charge me for installing it. Car was clean and washed when I picked it up. And even though I was only paying the deductible, the overall price charged, my insurance company was extremely reasonable.

Outstanding job by Yuepheng! Usually when people hire work done, it's usually one of three things; fast, inexpensive, or good quality. Never do you get all three. Except today. I've been to the Maple Grove Caliber Collision a few times, and they continue to give me everything. Today, I met with Yuepheng regarding some damage to my door. He reviewed the damage, took my car into the shop, and fixed it personally while I waited! I am a very picky customer, and as hard as I looked, I could not see where the damage was after he finished. Thanks again for the fast, inexpensive, and quality work!
