Don't bother calling. They will not wnswer. Also be aware the website says something is in the srore for pickup, but it is not. Huge inconvenience when you have to drive far. I can't figure out how to get a human being to answer the phone. Update: They will only answer at the store if you push the prompt that makes it look like you want to purchase something. Any other choice goes to a person that barely speaks English and is in another country. On the third attempt, I had a gal claim to be at the local store, but she answered the phone exactly like she was a tech in another country (i.e., "Can I have your full name and phone number?") and she had that same foreign accent. They have this huge long phone tree that is in place only to direct most calls away from the store you want to call.
This store is turning into trash. It will be out of business soon like Sears and Wards.

They do not fix Samsung phones anymore. The one employee who offered to get someone to help us, left and never came back. When we saw him again, he was doing a different task. He never helped us or followed up. Customer service is lacking.

they seem to have an asinine system where some products require a customer to bring a tag for the item to the checkout where the cashier has to go & retrieve the item. this leads nobody at the checkout counter & waiting in the line to get one item that should be an in & out visit. it seems like there could be a more efficient system

Outstanding work! Just came to look around and ended up purchasing a new phone. Andre, Blessed and Alex answered all questions and took the time to transfer/switch from old phone to new phone! Excellent job, extremely patient and kind!

We went into the Maple Grove Best Buy to replace my 9 yr Ole laptop. We went to the area we needed in the store and were assisted by a very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional young woman. She definitely knew her products and what would best meet our needs. She also made suggestions per our Best Buy Total Tech membership for the best financial benefit to us.
This young woman was on loan from the Minnetonka store and was a delight to work with.

Good service by Mercedes with dishwashers. Great service from the gentleman greeting us at the door and giving us a great summary about the 3d printer, Rick (?).
