Both Matt (furniture area) and Earl (mattresses) were very knowledgeable; found ourselves a beautiful & comfortable bed. Financing process was very easy as well.

The customer service was amazing. We were happy we stopped in today. We had our granddaughter with us and the sales lady was so patient. I had been admiring a power rocker recliner online, but I wanted to actually see it and try it out. I’d much rather give my business to a local store. I went to the Maple Grove Becker Furniture Store and was welcomed by Debra Backer. She was a very professional, patient , and very nice sales person. She obviously wanted to be sure that the chair would fit me and that I would be comfortable and happy with my purchase. The store was bright and clean, with a large display of quality choices. Most importantly, the customer service and friendliness was top notch!
