“I had some scuff marks on my SUV and wanted to get an estimate.
Nicole came out to look at the scuffs and then went to consult with Billy, the detailer. He stopped what he was doing and and immediately started working on my vehicle. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way home. The Caliber organization also offers Caliber Auto Care and Caliber Auto Glass.

“I want to share my experience. I came here for an oil change, but since I had a new car, the system showed a different model and by mistake the wrong filter was installed. It was late in the evening and everything was done in a hurry. As a result, when I drove to another state, oil started leaking, which turned into a serious problem. It was cold outside, and every 20–25 minutes I had to stop and add more oil until we made it. At another shop they discovered the issue, it was just the wrong filter. They fixed it and the car worked fine again.
When I came back to Minnesota and explained the situation, this shop completely reimbursed me for all the oil I had to buy on the road. I was really impressed by their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters most is how a company handles them.
Since then I have already done 3 or 4 more oil changes here and everything has been perfect. Special thanks to Ryan. He is someone who stands behind his work, admits mistakes and keeps improving the service. I truly trust this place and gladly give them 5 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers.”

“I went in and spoke with them and asked for their opinion. I took there advise and ordered from them a motive gear premium ring and pinion 4.88 for a ford 8.8 in a ranger. The gears set up nice and are quiet after break in.”

“I stop here tonight because I was having tire pressure issues. I pulled around to the back, where a young man, was pulling in a truck into the garage. I told him my issue and he grabbed the airhose and a tool , fixed the valve and filled my tires in the rain. And he did with a smile! Thank you!!”
“Morie has been my mechanic for probably 30 years. I’ve followed him to three locations over the years. He fixed a short in my headlamp assembly that the dealership said would cost me $850 when I checked to see if it was under warranty. More fixed the short and replaced both bulbs for $130. I’ve not only brought every car issue and maintenance to Morie, but I’ve bought all our family’s vehicles from him over the last couple decades. “I get oil changes here and I got my windshield wipers replaced the other day. At first I had a bad experience because the windshield wipers streaked. I got upset about it because I could barely see out of the window. I came there and we figured out that the plastic you have to take off before use was still on them. I felt bad and the guy even gave me windshield blades for my trouble. I think these people are actually pretty nice so I wanted to write a positive review.”
