Very lucky to have found this firm. We had a unique foundation problem at our Minnesota summer cottage. None of the locals wanted any part of our project. The Atlas folks came out, assessed our situation and came up with a solution.

Atlas provided excellent service in our time of need! They were out several times to investigate options for correcting a leaning tank due to frost heaving of the concrete pad foundation. They provided details and engineering data to us to make the best choice on how to repair. I highly recommend them for any foundation work!

Atlas Foundation were simply phenomenal to work with. The office and bidding staff were always on top of our complicated project, and offered sound advice throughout and kept communication clear, timely and responsive.The crews on site were also fantastic. Hard workers that always took the time to explain the process, were friendly with the curious neighbors and took care to keep a small and difficult site clean and well organized. On top of that they were fearless about working in subzero temperatures for part of the project, and pushed hard to keep things moving forward.We at III AD would highly recommend Atlas Foundation, as would the owner of our project. All of us were impressed with their professionalism, skills and "let's-get-to-it" attitude.

Atlas Foundation was recommended to me by another contractor who determined that he couldn't help with our issue. Jamie was very responsive and came out to assess our property in a timely manner. He was wonderful to interact with and was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to really figure out what was going on in a way that others had not. Ultimately, after consulting with another engineer, Jamie came out to our property again to explain to us in person what the problem was and what the most cost effective option was, which did not involve going forward with Atlas. He even gave us the number of another contractor who might be able to help instead. I am blown away by how Jamie went above and beyond to come out and help us in this way. It is so rare to find good, honest contractors who genuinely care about homeowners facing scary and expensive repairs. Thank you, Jamie!

They went above and beyond with this job. Located a water line safely - excavated, set pillars, and raise the house in a day and a half. The beyond part was mixing concrete for me and assisting in application. The placed fill back in and left the landscape in better shape than they found it. They were excellent to work with.

Our 1925 home had cracks in two basement walls. Over a span of 20 years, we had many contractors come out to assess the condition of the walls and our foundation. Each time, the contractors told us (in their own curious ways) that they weren't interested.When it was time to sell our home, we had a short timetable and needed prompt action. A friend in Minnesota's State Historic Preservation Office put us in contact with an outside preservation engineer, who told us our best option is Atlas Foundation Co. They're foundation experts, respected across North America – including among those responsible for historic preservation. Looking at the huge projects on their website, I couldn't imagine they'd even talk to me.Atlas' president returned my call quickly, laid out a game plan, and rearranged a schedule to complete the work quickly. When his crew supervisor arrived, they probed the foundation, took detailed measurements, and realized that the foundation itself was solid and level; only tuck pointing was needed (big relief). Mike called his preferred concrete and masonry contractor, who was able to complete the work in time for our home sale.Atlas Foundation Company earns respect for difficult projects ✅, they gave me straight answers ✅, they stuck to my needs and constraints ✅, and connected me to another contractor to complete the tuck pointing ✅. That checks all my boxes.

I had a rep out to evaluate an issue with a support pier in my crawl space. Turns out they would not be able to help with the project, something I suspect they knew with-in the first minute. Despite that, the rep still evaluate the structure and issue and was able to provide his opinion and some valued advice. Based on this customer relation experience, I would happily recommend them as company that seems to care about their clients, even it it turns out I did not engage them for my project.

Atlas Foundation has rebuilt all of our cart path bridges on the The Legacy Courses at Craguns. The Atlas team does very fast and efficient work. One of the easiest contractors to work with to get the job done.
