I recently refinanced with cross country with Alec as loan officer.. He promised to lower our mortgage within 5 years as soon as rates drop. We asked for this to be in writing and he hesitantly did it by email We were schocked when our mortgage was sold to another company before we even made our first payment. Very dishonest. Stay away.

Alec is a true professional. Very knowledgeable in the area of home financing and will work diligently to find the best financing option that works for you. He was extremely creative in how my financing was set up especially during this time of high interest rates. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with on this.
