Went to the front desk to talk to someone about fraud on my card and the lady was very rude and not helpful/nice at all when I was asking her what I could do, she made me feel stupid for not knowing what happened and with such an attitude, I would go to another Wells Fargo if you want any kind of help.

Went into the bank to open up a bank account with my 15 year old. Drove over an hour. They said I needed an appointment. Bank was still open for another 30 min. Poor customer service and inconvenience to your customers. Either train the tellers or have more bankers on staff. Will be removing all my funds from Wells Fargo and go to another bank.

Went in the office to get a direct deposit sheet for my new dream job and Chal-2 the front desk worker was so motivated and super sweet to talk to! She is a perfect fit for Wells Fargo, I appreciate her business, thank you very much!!?❤️

Since covid things aren't the same the olde people aren't there and the younger people are loving its cold feeling inside the bank its cut and dry also they really don't give loans to black people no matter how long ur a customer Been there many years guess its the norm

My daughter and I came in to open an account at this branch. We had all of the necessary paperwork. It would have been an additional account for me (have three other accounts). We drove 30 minutes to get to this branch and were told we couldn't open an account because we didn't have an appointment. A teller and the branch manager told us that. We went to a community bank and opened two accounts for my daughter the same day - no appointment needed. We will be moving the remaining accounts too.

Came in for a name change on Saturday morning about a half hour before close. I drove all the way from New Ulm while 8 months pregnant. Wells Fargo representative Brandon first asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t but he said he wouldn’t be able to change my name because it takes about an hour to do a name change. (I had all the needed documents on hand) I asked him if it was really that time consuming because we drove all the way from New Ulm since our branch recently closed in New Ulm. He still wouldn’t help us. My significant other works at a bank and stated that name changes don’t take that long at his bank and the Wells Fargo representative went on to say you can argue with me all you want but I can’t help you today. I needed the name changed in order to cash a recent check. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. I am really disappointed and irritated.

Wells Fargo canceled my debit card without warning, and I went into this branch to sort it out while avoiding the endless automated menus in the phone based customer service. I waited in line only to have them tell me I needed to call customer service and take care of it that way. If they can’t take care of something this simple in-house then I’m not sure what they’re good for. Goodbye WF, just one more reason to switch to a credit union.

Incorrect hours posted on the front door in big white letters (9-2 on Saturday). There's a crumpled up paper showing different hours in Spanish for some reason.Please clearly post your actual hours on your front door so I don't have to ask Google why you're closed.EDIT: Don't ask me to contact you via a different channel. It's your hours on your own front door. Fix it yourself!
