Went to drive up window to cash $50 check. The Lady says I'm helping someone and I will b right with you. Ok that's fine. Ten minutes later she Comes back and says I have to talk to My co worker and I will be right with you. I ended up sitting there for a total of 25 minutes for a $50 check. That is completely in sane. Gas isn't cheap and neither is My time. I think ur employees need some restraining or something cuz this isn't right to make a customer wait 25 minutes before helping them.

Very slow. Waited 15 minutes in line for a few rolls of quarters, then it took another 15 to actually get them.People were friendly though

De-staffed during lockdowns and they clearly decided "yeah, this is fine". Their own staff just directs you to other locations because being dysfunctional is now routine. In the last year there has never been more than one working counter or less than two waiting customers with such slow help times that line leavers move you forward faster then their service. The worst part, however, is when up to four people are behind the counters and three are bantering like its a breakroom as one teller serves a line of 10 people.

Worst bank ever, their customer service 1 800 is fake. They don’t even have real workers, kinda scary if you ask me. Glad I’m not banking thru them anymore

This is a great bank in a convenient downtown location. The interior of the building is large and has a clean feeling to it. The staff are pretty awesome as well.

Wells Fargo made 22.2 billion dollars in profit last year... And I am still waiting in line for 20 plus minutes to have a real life person help me with my account. And even though I have a preferred checking account a money order is still 5 dollars and cashiers check is 10... You can go to kwik trip and get a money order for 1 dollar and wait in line for less than a minute so why waste my time. Hire more people. invest your money into better business and the benifit of your customers as well as your employees. There is no reason any corporation needs to hoard 22 billion dollars a year while you take advantage of hard working people who need banking services to simply live their lives.
