Employee (I won’t name him) was so rude! Super condescending to my wife and refused to answer our basic questions. We’ll hit the Verizon store in North Mankato - they are awesome!

Madison was a delight to work with. Easy to upgrade from Apple 14 pro to the 15 pro. Saved $300 dollars on each phone rather than doing it directly with Apple. She even sold me on the accessories. Fast, efficient and very pleasant!

Careful peeps! We got the ole bait and switch going to this location! Allegedly this was only 20 with phone purchase, and that was only 30 with phone purchase and my bill would only be 30 bucks more even with new phones. THREE MONTHS LATER and I'm stuck with an almost $500 monthly bill, a watch that burns the top of my hand and a tablet that does not support apps for my buisness. Associates at location are sure friendly enough, cuz the want the almighty buck, but they are not helpful!

Jerome was amazing!!! He was very helpful in what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about the product and plans. He and the rest of the staff was very personable and fun. The store was clean and very well organized.

Worst experience ever working with this store. From our first contact ordering new phones, we were lied to. We were told switching plans would keep our cost exactly the same, which was the first lie. We even went back on the same day when I received an email that said our cost would increase by over $175. We were once again reassured that the email wasn’t correct . Once the phones arrived we had to spend over 3 hours on the phone with Verizon fighting the unauthorized charges and services that were added to our plan. Once receiving the phones one of the phones was defective and would not keep its charge./turn on. We brought the phone back and were told they would order a new one since it was within the 30 day warranty period. Tyler (Manager) was supposed to order a new phone: For over a month they kept telling us the phone hasn’t arrived. When we stopped back in again we were told they hadn’t ordered the phone. We talked to Aaron and he assisted my daughter and said he would order one. We had to call Tyler again when we were still waiting for the replacement phone, and he said that no phone had been ordered and that there was no record of anyone even talking to us, but stated that he would order a new phone and get it all figured out. When the phone finally arrived, my daughter went to pick up the phone Aaron was very rude and unprofessional and told her she couldn’t get the phone. He also lied and denied ever talking to my daughter the first time she tried to pick up the phone. Thankfully another worker (Jerome) was helpful and kind and told her that to get a new phone she would need to call *611 and could get a replacement through Verizon directly. Not sure why Tyler and Aaron didn’t just tell us this in the first place. I would highly suggest not going to this store unless you want to be lied to or given the run-around!!
