“I love Five Below, things are cheap there, but the one problem I have had when it comes to checking out is the insert system. Every time I put my card into the insert area, it says I have a "chip malfunction" and one time I had to get a replacement card because it was damaged. I made a return yesterday because the pair of earbuds I had purchased there were uncomfortable. The manager and I had to insert my card multiple times until we decided to swipe my card to have the money back on my card. I have had this type of experience multiple times at any Five Below I go to. Please fix this problem with the insert system IMMEDIATELY!!!!”
