Logan and Jermane were great, had an appointment with someone else pushed back so I drove over to valvoline. In and out in about 20 minutes, no hassle just friendly conversations. Great team they have.

Fast and friendly staff, yes they let you know if you need something extra, but no pressure to buy. I did have them replace a license plate light that I had forgotten to replace my self. This 15 oil change was just what I needed on that day. Thank you.

Employees were helpful but location was severely understaffed. Only had three people working the three bays. Had to wait over an hour before they even started on our car without notice of the wait time. At least half of that time was spent in the bay just waiting.
Nope, wait time in this instance was because you had too many bays open and not enough employees to fully staff them. Not due to additional services being performed. And I know this because the employees were talking about it while preforming the oil changes.

I came in today for an oil change because I am going on a long trip and I had worked with Anthony and he was absolutely amazing he was quick efficient and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The customer service that was received was amazing. And let me comment on how clean the place was It was phenomenal compared to the other location. Moving forward I will be coming to this store in this store only for my oil changes! Thanks again guys ,you guys are awesome!

My recent visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change was an absolute nightmare. Not only was there no story manager available to talk to, but the staff were shockingly rude. It's as if they went out of their way to make my experience miserable. Adding insult to injury, despite arriving before another vehicle, they inexplicably served the car that arrived after me first. Their blatant disregard for basic customer service resulted in me waiting much longer than necessary, wasting my time and leaving me thoroughly disappointed. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

I am beyond impressed. While doing my oil change, the techs notified me that there was a very apparent oil leak and even showed me where it was coming from. With that information, I was able to diagnose it to be a simple and cheap fix. I replaced the oil pressure sending unit in my garage and now I no longer leave a puddle in my driveway. Letting me know there was an issue is totally expected. What I didn't expect, and am very grateful for, is the time they spent telling me about what they thought it might be and going as far as showing me the area they saw the leak coming from. They are off to a great start in their new building!

KY and team were beyond fantastic. I pulled right up and they all got to work. It was my first time here and KY was great at getting all my information. Everything else seemed like it was a symphony and it was great to be able to sit in my car to watch it all happen. I went to jiffy lube previously and had a terrible experience so it was EXTREMELY refreshing to come here right across the street. I will be coming here from now on if I need a quick oil change and can't make it to the dealership.
