I work in a group home and tend to bring in multiple checks at a time to cash in. I usually go through the drive through as it is easier for the individuals I serve to stay in the car.I have had no issues with anyone but this one employee who works the drive up. It is the only male that has ever helped us (I didn't catch his name). I misspoke and instead of politely correcting me, he spoke to me like I was stupid and walked away. I have only ever seen this man roll his eyes and be rude to customers. Everyone else there is stellar!

I wish I got his name. The guy speaks with no motivation to help you and annoyance. He does the same on the phone when he has to repeat himself. I'm glad a coworker interfered and helped us get out of the lobby asap.

Mr. Logan and his colleagues were talking when we first came in and seem to be irritated that we came in and got in the way of their conversation cause when he greeted up he was very rude. When we told him what we wanted to do he look at us and talked to us like we were stupid and didn't know what we were talking about. He started out by saying he couldn't do what we were asking and told us just to go out to the ATM machine. Eventually after questioning it another person can and told us we could do it . Just goes to show he did know what he was talking about. Of all my years going here and doing this same thing the service and experience has never be this bad.

Excellent customer service from the branch manager. Very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and caring. I would even consider starting banking with US Bank in gratitude for her outstanding customer service. Thank you Carrie the branch manager for all your help.

They stole over $200 in overdraft fees within 1 MONTH. They will steal your money. Bank ANYWHERE but US bank. Canceled that FAST.

I never go inside I just use the drive thru. I see there are some bad reviews here about the service so why bother going in when you can just about get everything done yourself with the drive thru kiosk. It is a fast stop and the machine is very quick and prompt. Sometimes it is hard to read the machine when it's sunny. They could increase the brightness or add a ledge to cover the screen from the sun. But overall fast and convenient ATM!

** apologies for the long post** I actually love banking with u.s. bank, but I must say, this branch is terrible. I can't tell you how many rude tellers I've had negative experiences with. I highly recommend that people go to the downtown Mankato location where they are always polite and professional. I recently had an experience where I was waiting my turn, and looked up from my paperwork to see a teller starting at me. She never greeted me at all. I apologized for not being prompt in line, and she rolled her eyes. I then asked for foreign currency. She seemed very annoyed that she would have to help me transfer funds from my savings to cover what I wanted to withdraw. She then said in a very annoyed tone "I don't even know how to do this." She never even offered to get me someone else. I didn't trust this woman with my money. I asked her to stop and went to the downtown location, where they had absolutely no problem ordering my foreign currency. Unfortunately this isn't the first rude teller I've worked with. Their bankers are quite good, but unfortunately many times you have to work with tellers-- and they're so rude at this location. I will never be going back to this location .

Really tired of mistakes made by the bank and it has been over a week now and still has not been corrected on their part. Will not ever deal with them again.

This is 2018. There should be no need to waste envelopes for ATM deposits. Wasteful!!! Please upgrade to the No-Envelope ATM machine at your location. Sad!
